गर्भावस्था का ४१-४२ /41-42 वा सप्ताह । Pregnancy Week by Week । Dr. Supriya Puranik
लगभग ७०% माओंकी डिलीवरी Expected date से पहले होती है और ३०% प्रतिशत माताओं में Expected Delivery Date जानेके बाद भी डिलीवरी नहीं होती है। लगभग १०% माताए ऐसी भी होती है की 41-42 सप्ताह निकल जानेके बाद भी डिलीवरी का कोई संकेत नहीं रहता है। इसे Post Maturity यनेकी Post Term Pregnancy बोल देते है।
तो इस वीडियो में डॉ Supriya Puranik बताती है की Expected Date निकल जाने के बावजूद भी हमारी डिलीवरी नहीं होती है यनेकी 41-42 सप्ताह चले जाते है फिर भी डिलीवरी नहीं होती, तो इस सप्ताह में गर्भवती माताओको क्या करना है , इसपे विस्तार में जानकारी देती है ।
डॉक्टर विस्तार में जानकारी देती है की ये delivery date या due date एक्सटेंड क्यों हो जाती है। पहला और एकदम महत्वपूर्ण कारन रहता है , माताओंकी LMP (Last Menstrual Cycle) की तारीख गलत रहती दूसरा महत्वपूर्ण कारन रहता है Heredity , और एक महत्वपूर्ण कारन रहता है की जब पहेली प्रेगनेंसी रहती है और उस दौरान ज्यादा exercise भी नहीं करते , माताओंका सिर्फ बैठे बैठे काम करते है , प्रेगनेंसी के दौरान ज्यादा एक्टिव नहीं रहते तो भी हमारी due date क्रॉस होने की सम्भावनाये रहती है। कभी शिशु में बनावटी दोष होते है और जो पता नहीं होते है , और जो पता नहीं रहता , कभी कभी आवल के problems होते है , आवाल से तैयार होने वाले estrogen की मात्रा कम होती है , तबभी भी Post mature डिलीवरी होने के सम्भावना ज्यादा है।
आगे डॉक्टर Post mature डिलीवरी में माँ के शरीर में क्या क्या बदलाव आते है और शिशु में क्या बदलाव होते है इसके बारेमें सम्पूर्ण जानकारी देती है । डॉक्टर जानकारी देती है की Post Mature Pregnancy में क्या ख्याल रखना चाहिए और इस pregnancy में क्या खतरा रहता है। शिशु बड़ा होने के कारन डिलीवरी के समय बोहोत सारी कठिनाईया आ सकती है।
आखरी में डॉक्टर बताती है की किस तरह माँ को इन दिनों ख्याल रखना चाहिए। माँ को अपने शिशु के हरकतों पे ठीक से ध्यान दे। हफ्ते में दो बार डॉक्टर के पास NST के लिए जाना चाहिए जिससे शिशु के स्वस्थ के बारेमें पता चलता है। डॉक्टर माताओ को सोनोग्राफी और doppler भी करने कहते है। अगर सब ठीक रहा तो डॉक्टर दवाइयों से Labour pain की शुरवात कर सकते है , उस वक्त normal delivery की सम्भावनाये बोहोत ज्यादा होती है। इस समय पे माँ को ख्याल रखना है और ये भी ध्यान में रखना है की इस समय माँ को डॉक्टर की सलाह मान लेनी है।

Good afternoon ma'am. Aaj se mera EDD date complete hojayega. Aaj Dr ne bpp scaning ke liye kaha tha toh report ke hisab se amniotic fluid 8.6cm hai our cervical canal closed bataraha hai and baby ka position cephalic hai but mujhe abhitalaka labour pain nahi araha hai ma'am. Aap mujhe suggestion dijiye plz mai next konsa step lu kya wait karu or admit hojau.

Hello Mam, pregnancy due date is 13th May 2021( 40th week will complete on 13th may),baby's weight is 3kg,no labour pain at all, Bache Dani ka muh nahi khula hai, baby dint fix the position yet,Dr says babies growth is not as per 40th week in Growth scan+ Doppler test ( it's showing 37th week growth {3 weeks behind}) , Dr is going for C section however mom is confident enough that Labour pain will start within few days, so can't we wait another 1 or 2 weeks( 41 to 42 weeks) , Please advise because Natural birth is a gift given by God

Thank you so much dear for the comment. You should feel at least 10 movements within two hours, but you will probably feel that many movements in a much shorter amount of time.
