I noticed you don’t have counter tops in the bathroom. You can add it very easy from far right of the wall to the far left of the wall going over the toilet.

Love your videos Levi. I notice on your garage conversions it looks like the majority of the exterior framing is new. Do you have to remove and replace all the framing for code or do you just add in additional framing where needed?

did you need to show the ac registers and condenser and plumbing lines on your plan submittal to city?

Question after the underground plumbing do you pour concrete and then the water sealer on top ?

@@LeviDesignBuild The plans says 403 sqft so it has to be bigger than 18x20ft right? i am considering doing something like this i have a 18x20ft garage and i measured it from the outside. i will give you a call this week brother to see what we can do for my project!
