Thanks so much! We are 64 and 65 years old and could not figure out how to program a generic opener. Went right out and followed your directions-took minutes. Really appreciate your taking the time!

This video was great! So helpful. It took me 2 minutes. Done. Some local guy wanted to charge me $160 to come out and do this. Instead I watched this video and learned I could easily do it myself with the right knowledge. Thanks!

Thank you so much. I had changed keypads earlier in the day. Got the keypad working but the remotes stopped. Did the procedure first on the handheld remote, and it worked. Then I did the second one that is part of the car and that one worked, too. Before I saw your video, I was seeing dollar signs for two new remotes. You are doing good, really appreciate the help.

I lost my directions to the new garage opener remote that I got for Christmas, and with the help of your easy to follow video, I had it working in less than 2mins. Thank you for the video

4/14/2020 - spent 30 minutes screwing around with the side sensors before I watched this video, and in 10 seconds the solution was pushing the reset button on the overhead unit and I was back in business.. thank you!!!

Had a spare in junk drawer for years, hit the button on back of unit as you said, held down button on remote next to unit, Bam! 6 seconds, done!! Thanks a bunch!!!

Great Job, Brother! I accidently deprogrammed all remotes and this video helped me reprogram them all and also helped me program my car to open the garage also.

My remote doesn't work im not sure if its my batteries 2023 because I have a liftmaster 895Max 3-Button multi frequency and when i push it with my tool in the battery the blue lights turn on but when i dont they turn off.. Does that mean its my batteries that need a bigger size? Or my remote needs to be reprogrammed? Im so confused and need to open my garage for the winter

I keep one of those multi drivers in the junk drawer. Unless I need serious torque. Then, we pull out the other ones. The 20 buck ones (NOT cheap Aldi junk, get a decent Dewalt or something) with the bits in the handle.

Thank you! Took a while to find the learn button, it was quite small and out of the way. Took two tries to make it work and I did not hear a "click" like he says, but the light on the learn button blinked twice when it had learned the new remote and worked wonderfully after that!
