I see so much of my inner self in him, betrayal makes you angry and fearful.. It takes so much to face the world again and therefore you feel you have to seek a method of control in order to survive. Redemption is a process of surrendering to all.. Dropping anger, letting grief manifest, accepting and surrendering change take place. Its an emotional rollercoaster but that redemption is happening in each moment I surrender control, surrender to powerlessness, surrender expectations and take responsibility of my life... A fresh breath of life comes in, a space that allows for change, call it redemption.. And oh how better do I feel.
