I've learned a long time ago not to pay any attention to that top 5 madness. There are no such thing. If you have been listening to Rap music as long as I have there will always be a new Comer that will touch your heart and eventually become an elder statesmen and in today's climate perhaps even forgotten. But we True heads know and respect masters of this culture will call hiphop. Know that the late GREAT Guru is a master of rhyme.

"To the OGs, I'm thankin' you now Was watchin' you when you was pavin' the ground I copied your cadence, I mirrored your style I studied the greats, I'm the greatest right now" This is the first tought that came to mind the first time I heard this song.
Guess what!? today is October the 3rd, 2019. EXACTLY 30 YEARS AGO, MC Lyte made a song, with that sample in it, _"Like a Freshly Cut Diamond"_ ... and this video came out exactly 30 years after October the 3rd, 1989..... Nice one Premo!
