DISCLAIMER: Solvent may disturb paint. While it does break down the varnish without disturbing the ink from the printer (and for some reason the permanent marker I sign the prints with) I wouldn't recommend this process on original artwork; not worth it IMO.
Peace. I recently came across a problem and once I found a solution, I figured I would share it with y'all. Anyone who has ever laid varnish over their artwork, just for it to dry and not give a good result; this video is for you. All is not lost! Varnish can be broken down, removed, and applied again!
