For 1700 using a stock cooler for the cpu is insane! Also while rgb defo isn’t necessary, for 1700 you would expect a lot more. Edit: might be that the rgb fan hub is disconnected? Most likely try that out

Well for 1700 usd the cooler should have been an AIO and plus the default air cooler of AMD isn't enough for a Ryzen 7 5700

I got an Omen pc that i got from best buy prebuilt for 1300 it runs fortnite on medium setting at about 118-120 and keeps on crashing should i get a new one?

I recently got my first gaming pc/laptop and it’s so much better than I thought it has an rtx 2050 8gb ram and ryzen 5 7535hs 512gb ssd and it can get up to 300 fps in creative when not building and when building it can get up to 180-240 and in br/battle royale it can get 120-165
