I know the majority of people will buy this mostly to play shooters, but can I just say this controller is f***ing incredible for racing games. Steering feels more responsive but somehow less twitchy, and it has the most accurate triggers I've ever used for accelerating & breaking in racing games. You can even customise the trigger response in the pc software to suit yourself. 10 out of 10 👏

Well worth the money, way more features packed nto it then the over priced pro/elite controllers, just ordered the t4 Kalied

just ordered one, i really don't know why i should spend 100+ euros on a controller when this bad boy exists, hall effect sticks, triggers, gyro, mechanical face buttons, rgb, 1000hz polling rate, 2 back buttons that feel great, only triggerstops can make it better but spending 170 euros for a scuf or aim controller which does barely 50% of these things if any, is a ripoff.

@@just_2swift So I have really only used Xbox One, Xbox Series X, PS4, PS5 controllers for pc. This controller blows those out of the water. The ONLY downside is it is not wireless. Aside from that I love it!

I suspect the reason why only switch has been getting hall effect is cause the joycon drift problem is really well known at this point. Manufacturers are willing to spend the extra money on better sensors cause they can add it to their marketing for easy attention. I suspect non switch controllers will catch up to the trend in time, but really I think the industry is waiting to see how impactful Hall effect sticks are towards marketing before jumping on the bandwagon. We’re talking about it, but I don’t actually know that the mainstream has caught on to the existence of Hall effect quite yet.

There is already multiple other controllers that are not for the switch that have hall effect

I own one and love it. Just wishing they did not manufacture their cable input to prohibit longer USB c cables - the shape and depth make it really difficult if not impossible to find a suitable longer cable. I have the option of using this into my Samsung tv's USB port while playing on Game Pass and the 6-foot cable that they include is not long enough.

For anyone that is following along, I have a (sort of clunky) solution. I purchased a labeled 3.0 USB extension male to female 10-foot length cable. The GameSir T4 Kaleid supplied cable directly into either USB port of the Samsung QN90B tv works perfectly. No issues at all. The issue is that the cable is only 5 feet long or so. Way too short for a 75-inch tv. A USB 3.0 extension cable directly into either USB port of the Samsung QN90B does not work in between the GameSir T4 Kaleid controller and the tv. The controller will not even turn on. I purchased a 4 port best Buy (Insignisa branded) powered USB 3.0 hub (it is not currently plugged in; it is using the power from the tv. I bought the powered version 'just in case') and connected the hub to the tv USB port and ran the USB 3.0 extension into that and connected the controller to the accepting end of the USB extension. That worked perfectly in both USB port of the tv. This is also the exact same case adding a USB extension to the PC with the GameSir T4 Kaleid. I would have preferred just the USB 3.0 extension into the tv, but you get what you get I suppose. I guess a side positive is that it is easier to connect USB devices to the tv now. PS: I am loving this controller.

Quick question. Can I use this controller on Call of duty? (PC)Will it have any connecting issues since it isn’t considered an Xbox/PlayStation controller?

@@Do4Love71 I actually ended up buying the controller not long after asking this question. I can confirm that you do not need to have the software running in order to have 1000HZ polling rate. You just set it/configure in the software and it’ll save directly to the controller, no need to run it in the background 👍

I copped one of these but can’t seem to get the headphone jack to work. I’m on PC Windows 10. I tried different modes and was able to get it to work on PlayStation mode. It says it works with PC but not in “ Xinput” mode. Isn’t that the only mode that works with PC? I’m all confused. Anybody else get the headphone jack working with their PC? If so what mode? I’m playing games off Steam.

The only thing i will say is looking back the xyba are little jiggly not tight like the other controllers but it dosent bother me.

Nice reviews, thank you it was useful, btw i am a bit worried about the build quality of the transparent plastic, is it sturdy or it's like cheap plastic? 'cause i was searching for a durable controller, but the plastic that might brake scares me off a bit tbh

In circularity test, why the avg error was about 10%; however it is known that hall effect joy stick are about 0.5% avg error?

I will get this, I'm sure PowerA and Gamesir controllers are close and good for me to look into. I know Gamesir checked out that GuliKit Kingkong 2 pro and went with strong idea's. I have that controller as well but wish they made better software. I am having trouble trying to control the left stick using STEAM controller gyro software, it's is screwing up my left stick GuliKit Kingkong 2 pro calibration, It's making me unable to lean far enough on the racing game corners when I change my games from shooting games over to racing games. Steam Gyro controller software will not work unless you keep active Big picture mode. The Steam Gyro software is good when it comes to slowing down and can speed up the gyro to help make less or more controller movement if anyone wanted to know.

I'm not sure how to answer that lol they are clicky I love tactile buttons some people don't. It's all preference I assume. Nut they feel good to me. I will say the particular controller buttons are a little lose not tight around where the seat at. Dosent bother me but worth mentioning.

Overstocked on them. That's why the lower end controllers and others are still using them.

Does anyone know if it works with games from Microsoft store, specifically halo infinite? I am asking because the dualsense controller does not work with halo infinite if you have downloaded it from the microsoft store, it only works with steam. Also does it work in ds4windows?

No it doesnt work with ds4windows as of now. Its made for switch and pc. And as far as infinite get the gamesir g7 SE ( the white newer one) its going to be overclocked to 1000hz with a firmware update. And its made for the xbox and pc

Yea one issue is marketing to be able to use on xbox you have to pay that xbox tax since they are stingy.
