yup, they met before too last year too with normal gamera and gyaos in their first collab. assuming they chose the rebirth designs because they were trying to promote the show since it just came out when they first came to gbl

the 4500 offer has a 33% chance to pull him, that's really the only way currently. the other ways are doing the challenges to get the increased chance maps for him. there will probably be a way to get him through logging in later in the season
