Absolutely brilliant for a homemade movie! You even got the soundtrack and the monster cries just right! I happen to like stop--motion films, so this is one I really appreciate you posting. Very well done, Aaron H. 🐢🎥😄

Dude, this rocks! Always wanted to do this and film it too.... you've done it! love the music and all the monster cries.... we went a little crazier one summer and poked a WD-40 nozzle through the back of Gamera's head...it's stupendous, but melted the cocky Old Zen Master.

Legoshark Productions Gyaos? He’s a Kaiyodo Revoltech figure. Very good figure, comes with all sorts of good stuff. He’ll fetch a hefty price nowadays though, as I don’t think they produce him anymore.

The monster sound effects are added in the same way you add music. I use Windows Movie Maker, so I'll explain it to you assuming you have it. Let's say you have your video file open in Movie Maker, and you have a scene where the monsters are supposed to roar and make noise. What you'll want to do is go to that part in the movie and click "Add Music at Current Point" which is in a drop-down menu, under "Add Music," You select the audio file you want, in this case the monster sound effect, and add it. Boom. Simple. Often, when I do videos like this, I save the video over and open it in movie maker multiple times, each time adding a new layer of sound so I can have several sound effects, as well as music, playing at the same time. Also, this video is old. If you're interested, I do have better stop motion videos that are smoother than this, and with better editing.

I am quite aware that the version of Gamera I used is the Toto design from the new movie. That being said, it's the only Gamera figure I have. Had I owned a Heisei or Showa Gamera I would have used it. Either way, it gets the job done, and he does have some resemblance to the Showa Gamera anyhow.
