I just LOVE Raven. She is my fav Lady Gamecock. I love the way she plays the game. I love her attitude. I love that perpetual smile on her face. She's just a wonderful young lady. Looking for great things the next 2 years. GO COCKS!!!

I have great respect for Raven’s story to feel the pain of growth, but never quitting; never giving up.

Damn. She actually backed up the talk. I am fully onboard with Raven Johnson. She did what few can do....talk the talk and then walk the walk. Her two greatest moments for me during the season were (1) being the lead and very effective peacemaker during the SC-LSU 4th quarter donnybrook, and (2) her absolute shutdown defense on Caitlin Clark in the championship game. It was Johnson's defense and Cordoso's play that sealed SC's championship.

Yes I was yelling at the tv when charity’s waved her off. I had the honor to meet her a few weeks ago in NC when they played unc. Very sweet down the earth young lady. The whole team is very respectful and did not mine taking a photo with me. I love how she shooting this year. Won’t be no waving this year.

Not only that but in front court and bench as well. Raven is starting to passing the ball and shooting more unlike at the start when all the point guard stats was really good.

This was a great interview and really shows her determination and passion in moving past the "wave off" moment. I'm so glad she didn't give up because she is a phenomenal leader on the court and a BEAST of a defender! She showed up and showed out to win the Natty...and trust, we ALL know who Raven Johnson is now...she is THAT GIRL!! 🙌🏾🙌🏾 Congrats on the UNDEFEATED 38-0 season and National Championship, Lady Gamecocks!!

Bruh! Who made you mad? You are all over the place. One minute you cursing and saying SC should win it all based on roster talent although they (lost their entire starting lineup.) Then the next minute you say that the starting PG/floor general is inferior to those ranked behind her and even some that were unranked. But then you reverted back to saying that if this same poor floor general defeats LSU, she will be taken seriously. But the next minute you said that the team aleady lacks confidence, so if they lose to LSU, their season is over. This is not close to being the most talented NCAA team this year. Isn't that LSU? USC are returning zero starters from last year's 36-1 team. Name me one team that has won it all with 5 new starters, women or men at any level? If the gamecocks win the SEC or the Natty, they will have overachieved. They are playing with house money.

I don't know, but my point was that whomever couldn't seem to make up their mind about the team, so to me they appeared to be setting up an "I told you so" excuse for whichever way the season turned out. Some of my comments were sarcastic in response to contradictions I was reading. However, the one about them being an overachiever if they won either championship was not. And as fate would have it, that's exactly what they did and that's exactly what they are. I guarantee you that you wouldn't or didn't wage a single penny on them going undefeated because you didn't believe it either. No one expected a team with five new starters to win it all let alone go undefeated, certainly not me, and I've been a Gamecock fan since 2008 and a Dawn Staley fan since 1991. The only one taking an *"L"* is you, my man because you still don't understand the nature of the conversation, nor were you brave enough to make a prediction one way or the other. So yeah hold that *"L."* Casuals! Smh
