a typical level: start in a castle which is being bombed. use your points to: -gain a bit of time. -climb up the flagpole and go left. -give life to goombas and koopas, and place your coins. while you gain time. after done just stand in a location and you will get in a previous level

Imagine you have so severe amnesia that you forget the right castle 7 times in a row

After Mario finds out that the princess is in another castle, he gets mad, revives Bowser and his minions, puts coins back, climbs the flagpoles, uses the Moon Jump cheat, puts mushrooms and fire flowers back in boxes, and replaces the boxes. On a side note, this reminds me of a game called Thanks For Playing. You play it backwards.

Backwards Mario is much better and cool than the original, it can make super jumps, recreate blocks,revive enemies,push things to him, create coins,put the mushrooms he eat in the ? block and restore flags... AND ALSO MOONWALKS TO THE STARTPOINT \o/

While Mario is in the castle looking for the princess, Bowser suddenly emerges from the lava and Mario decides to haul ass out of there, escaping via the flagpole while explosions rock the castle behind him. He then spends the rest of his time healing koopas and goombas, and leaving behind gifts.

This brings back memories. Back in the old days, we played games on tapes and had to rewind them before replaying them again. If you didn't, the rental store would get mad at you. I remember many a day spent meticulously climbing down ladders in Donkey Kong, zeroing out the score. Or Space Invaders, were you built lines of UFOs that would gradually fly away into space. P.s. The protagonist in Final Fight was a total jerk. You would abandon you're girlfriend with some crime boss then walk home, kicking homeless people sleeping on the streets until they got up and left. Not a tasteful game, but it was the 80s.

the turtle's gave him back his fireballs, this whole thing is funny as heck. 5 stars and favoriye

hears my story. toad tells oiram to go away. he then lets bowser out of his room and randomly becomes big for reasons. he puts a mushroom back in a box and leaves the castle. he then puts up a flag and gives coins to the world and randomy recreates enemies. he the tellaports out of the mountains, puts up another flag. he goes underground and becomes small. he then puts coins underground because it cant afford plumbing. he then randomly becomes big and brings enemies back to life with erif. he then puts coins back and leaves. he puts up one more flag, recrates blocks, glows, puts more coins back, loses an extra life, loses a mushroom, and brings back a goomba, he then leaves, waits under a sign, and waits for igiul. the end

Placing shrooms back into their boxes, leaving money for everybody, performing CPR on rescuing turtles that are moving around uncontrollably? MARIO IS A HERO! Why he even plants flowers! :)

Who wants to see a game where mario revives evil animals but they're still hostile - mario hitting a fixed block to make it a question mark block, with a mushroom that makes you smaller but also resisting one more hit and then mario decides to be swag and decides to walk backwards to save the princess. All in favour of that like this and if I get 100 likes I will do whatever it takes no matter how much time it takes.

What people don't know is this is what happens every time you turn off the NES. Mario just puts things right back where they were until you play again!

Now, Mario must go back through the worlds, but he moonwalked so much, he forgot how to walk normally, and so, his odd day begins!

If this actually happened in game, just imagine how long it would take just to start over if you got a game over on World 8-4.
