Dear Branislav, your tutorial videos really become the go to videos when wanting to learn a game by video instruction instead of by the rulebook. Structure and clarity of your rules explanation is simply outstanding. Thank you so much for your videos! While I do know how to play this particular one, learning the solo mode was quite a challenge in itself. Any chance you will ever consider doing solo mode explanations videos in a similar way? Solo players would really really appreciate it :)!! Anyway, continue in this awesome way. All the best.

Thank you very much. ☺️ To be honest - if the solo rules are not too long I include them in the video. However, in case they are longer (here it's an entire separate rulebook!) I skip them completely. I don't really have a capacity to do that. I will definitely do the solo rules explanation if the video would be sponsored, but this one is not. I know it would be very appreciated by the solo players, and I would LOVE to contribute to the solo players community, but it's really time consuming and I need to find a way how to make my work financially sustainable.

It is unfortunate when someone describes actions for a game, they brush off the solo part. Its not like you have to describe the whole game over again. It's a shame the video creator "can't afford it". Yet people doing videos on their own do it cause they enjoy it, not because they didn't get paid for it.

Always a pleasure learning the game with you, Branislav. Clear, structured and to the point. Awesome stuff. Would have loved to see you do the solo rules too, but get that it is time-consuming and should have been requested by the publisher (come on @board and Dice, get Branislav his video realized!)

Another fantastic and extremely clear video. I really like the overview followed by the detail, saying it AND showing it is really helpful. I notice there is little repetition, one case is the reminder not to fill the tile on the last round, I actually wonder whether your videos could end with a 20 second, ‘5 easily forgotten rules’ to avoid you having to repeat anything in the main video. It might also service as a ‘hook’ for people who might read the rules themselves but want to double check without watching the whole thing. Just a thought.

Thank you. :) In my opinion this is one of their better games, but keep in mind I'm not too much in love with their games. :) I like them, but I don't love them.

Another great explanation, as always! This is probably the wrong place to ask, but do you do have a list of future videos you are planning? Any plans to cover Virtu?

Thank you ☺️ I don't really publish my list of future videos because - as weird as it may sound - that plan changes so often that even my own timeline is pretty messy sometimes. In January I did Wolves, Beast and now Horseless Carriage, and to be honest - none of these games were on my list just before Christmas! Some games are late, some games come very surprisingly, so what I was thinking about was to somehow publish the plan for the next 2 weeks, because that's pretty much fixed. 🙂 Regarding Virtu - there's a Czech version of the game planned this year so I will have that game for sure, and hopefully I will be able to do both the Slovak and the English tutorial.

Well, just to clarify - you still have to pay the stones 😉, but you don't pay the Action Point.

I rarely do tutorials for solo, as I prefer to play multiplayer. In addition, many recent solo rules are very long and would actually be suitable for a standalone video, and unfortunately I don't have any capacity for that.

Another excellent video, very clearly taught. Slight note: In standard English, the word iron isn't pronounced as it appears. Try pronouncing it like the phrase, "I earn", except smash it together into one syllable: I-rn. Yes, it seems odd. That's OK, you do quite well., and English is a tough language. Thanks!

Hm, tak to neviem sľúbiť teraz. :) Momentálne na to nemám kapacitu, a ani neviem, že by to niekto lokalizoval. Ale je to jedna z tých vydarenejších hier tohto roka, tak snáď áno. :) Ale keď, tak určite až po novom roku, dovtedy to vôbec nestíham.

Doesn't mind explaining everything about the game but cheaps out on talking about the bonus action when placing a character in a bulding "ah you can read about it in the book, it's too difficult for me to give you an example of one or two characters" get lost! " BUT i'll explain the action you can take when placing a tile in a building"

To me dost zaujalo, bude Dnes hrame?
