I have to admit i was a bit sceptical at first due to your accent. Now I feel i have to write and appologise for my thought. After 5 minutes i got used to it and boy, your videos are very well structured and you have it all in 30 minutes. Subscribed! Keep up the good work! Also thanks for the Flotilla video. Thank you. :) The holder of the pocket watch either gets 2VP immediately, or 3 coins every round in Phase 6. When the holder of the watch changes, the new owner can decide how to use it. Hope it helps. :)

At 12:35 if you choose to pass, so you still get the £1 compensation?

Good question! I believe you don't, since you choose to pass deliberately. If your die is the last one and you can't place that die (you have no other option), only then you get the compensation.
