Exploiting loopholes in geo-politics for personal gain is a decent way to gain financial influence, I do it all the time.

something spiff left out, is that valefisk actually got QUITE close to spiff's score by the end like, over 100 total, still not quite 150 or anything, but given he also didn't have like, empire spanning literally half the world, that's still dang impressive, lol had the game been at 3x or faster, the outcome would've surely been different

I love how Valefisk went from being mysteriously dispatched to being Spiff's vassal, only to then rise up against his heir and being ransomed off Spiff's prison only to end up being dispatched in his second time in prison. It was a very colorful life for Openheimer the Strangler.

Rule number 1: No unaliving the other player's characters. Spiff: Prepare for a fate worse than death.

I've tried playing CKIII and it never really caught my fancy but I ABSOLUTELY LOVE when Spiff plays it

Some people will have forgotten that valefisk and spiff have played games together for years

Not even two minutes in and I already approve of choosing Paul Atreides as the avatar for a "which monarch can off the most people" challenge. Nobody does mass murder like Maudib.

Paul took the first steps, Leto walked the Path to its end. Leto II himself can be said to consider himself the most monstrous/murderous Tyrant in history.

@koolunit Monstrous, yes. Murderous, maybe, but that would only be due to the length of his life. Not key to the conversation, but comparing 12 years of leadership to 3500 years isn't much of a comparison. Paul compressed a lot more into such a small time period that I'd still give the "more murderous" award to him even if Leto II killed more people.

I gotta say, I appreciate the fact that you made Paul look both like Timothee and like how he's described in the book. He is indeed a good choice for STARTING an empire, but it's Leto II who REALLY took exploiting reality the limit.

I just finished watching Spiff. And look at that. It's Spiff.

Building a globe spanning empire built on warfare, shattered dreams, tea, and the bodies of the vanquished? Yup, Spiff's a brit.

I love the new story-telling, multiplayer, competitive videos because they are so interesting and it not only shows the exploits themselves but also the pure chaos and fear that is evoked in the minds and hearts of Spiff's opponents. 🤣

The "pump and dump" line made me spit out the tea I was drinking.
