Maxine chats with Forbes 30 Under 30 in Games, Sarah Spiers, the Interim Executive Director of the IGDA Foundation, and Development Director at EA Games. Sarah currently works as the Development Director for EA Maxis, and serves as the Interim Executive Director of the IGDA Foundation. Her most recent producer role was overseeing feature development for Krafton's PU: Battlegrounds. She has helped clients such as Apple, Scholastic, NBC/Universal, and PBS bring their IP to games.

27:32 Just knowing the industry terminology for the work you are/have been doing is such an immense help. I can't express how much time I wasted during the first month of my current job search thinking I didn't have experience in something when, in actuality, I did. I just didn't know what it was called.
