MAAB was playing old arrangements in honor of their band directors that died. And this was a stand battle against all bands at different times.

@@MBobo-qs5cl I appreciate it! That's just the pickup pattern of the mics, I only used the mics that were attached to the camera in between MAAB and GAMB for this one so it's a cleaner more focused sound.

Gamb for the win, simple. Maab will always be a heavy hitter but there’s nothing that separates them from the rest. Just the same ole crank, tuba/percussion break and crank. And I wish these arrangers, who I know got talent, would just push the bar further than the same ole crank, tuba/percussion break and crank arrangements. @@cd.unconquered Thank you 🙏🏾. it's just the natural pickup pattern of the mics, I had 8 mIcs Set up on the field 4 were the main mics and the other 4 were backups but the backups are different patterns. I only used the 2 mics I put on the camera between MAAB & GAMB for this video so it's nothing but the sound coming from the two bands.

I feel inviting the smaller bands even though I enjoyed them was a distraction from the real battle. I would've had the smaller bands showcase their talent at 2pm and at 5pm the main event. It just appeared to be unorganized and it didn't help that it started late.
