আটা দিলে ঘী ভেজাল হয় আটা দিয়ে ঘী বানালে দোকানে আটা দেবে ভেজাল

Not flavor. It'll be aroma or smell Flavor means taste not smell. After washing butter, the white portion is butter milk. Why are you going to throw it away ??? You can use this butter milk in different ways . You can use it to make the dough of aata or maida or it could be used in curry and so on . To increase the volume of ghee using aata is not a good idea. It's truly funny.
