She can say a lot by not saying anything. I read somewhere in another comment session that she wanted to make this choreography more simple and with less moves to let the students explore their facial expressions and body language.

i recall galen saying that she tries to reinforce "confidence" as being one of her key points in her teaching style and technique. she gives these girls a space where they can let themselves shine through. youre truly amazing galen, you bring out the best in your dancers. (this goes without saying) SUCH A PHONEMAIL DANCERS AS WELL. nothing but respect and admiration from this end. hopefully one day soon ill have the chance to take a workshop!

This is my all time favourite video and all time favourite choreography. I have major insecurities regarding my body type and man, I need this type of confidence in life, the type all these amazing and beautiful dancer have. Love them all, and love this performance so much.

Galen, I have seen your piece from Millennium Dance studio and it does not compare to this. The original time I saw it, it was amazing with you and the 2 women behind you. But this, with all the shades and sizes of women, was just powerful. I love the diversity and I really love the fact that the women give a multitude of attitudes and emotion. Each one is telling their own story if you watch their faces and movements. Definitely a piece I will watch many times because I see something new with each view. LOVE IT!
