I had an s8, and it broke in 2020 during covid 💔 Here's the story: So I went out with my friends to the cinema, we were deadly scared of covid so we had some gloves on, that were meant for repairs. We were sitting waiting for the movie, when my friend accidentally spilled his nachos, and I went to clean it all up. Just as I was about to finish, a lady was walking through, and she kinda pushed me, and bam. My phone fell down from the staircase in the biggest room of the cinema, (like 17 rows btw) and when I went for my phone, (it fell all the way down) it was all massacred. The screen had 4 large black circles, which are oled bleeding signs, and 3 green lines across the screen. I later got the S20+. I just ordered another s8 to reexperience my 2020 times! And also please appreciate the hard work I put into this without asking for like 20 likes for part 2 of the story.

@@OwaisNadeem5020 there is no problem with software or the mobile.. the processor is also better than most of the mid range smartphones. The only problem is that it doesnt supports 5g. Rest everything is allright

As a s9 user i can say these phones are the exact meaning of SMARTPHONE. Elegant, powerful, compact enough, screen quality...

I LOVED the led for notifications! I always had my phone on silent but saw that someone texted me right away because the light kept blinking. It was perfect. Now I have a S24 and I miss that feature a lot.😢

My mum loved her s8+ We got it a week before offical launch day cause of a preorder deal at a large retailer where I live She used it until early 2022

I wanted the S8 ever since it came out and im finally getting one soon

I'm currently using my dad's old S8. My iPhone stolen on a vacation and it was untrackable and things have been tough for my family so we couldn't buy myself a new phone. My dad decided to give me his old S8 instead so I wouldn't be phoneless. Although this phone is very old and a little slow and the battery drains so fast, I'm still a little happier with it. I customized it a lot that's why I love Samsung's better. I also love the ringtones! -From my customized keyboard on my S8

The S8 is a cool phone but definitely not amazing. S8 had A LOT of overheating issues and the service packs for screen replacements are now worth more than what the phone is worth.

For its time it was an excellent phone, better display than regular S series phones now, better biometric security and more hardware features such as iris scanner (see biometric security), pulse detector and, of all things, a headphone jack and expansion port.

I want one even though i have my dads old s9 that i repaired and i write the comment on it rn i love the way the s8 looks and dreamed of having one since when it was lauched❤

In Ghana d screening is 1200gh meanwhile it can purchase second hand of it,mine is 3 year's old ad it only started blinking whenever am in dark place it keep blinking multiple colours. But it has stop nd working perfectly well.although i dash 2 my kid sis

I compared my S8 to my S9 a few weeks ago, the S9 was still better. The only thing bad about the S9 is that it has poor battery life compared to the S8

@@rushiparikh1977 For Microphone sounds and Vocals I choose Samsung Galaxy S8+ and if you are a Heavy Gamer maybe the latest one with 5000mph battery will do. If personally I would get a new one it would be Google Pixel 7pro or 8pro.

Overheating issue

IT WAS THE WORST ! I switch from iPhone to this s8 ! This was the worst nightmare of all time ! It was slow ! Laggy, all about it was slow … it was all powder to the eyes ! Just makeup to hide the worst .. I’ve done 8 months with this terror and in 8 months the battery degraded so fast .. I switched back to iPhone and then I was serene

I think the s8 caused a whole difference in samsungs history
