I totally agree with you and because of the s23’s design it’s easier for me to hold in the hand. What made you get the regular s23 over the plus or ultra?

Watching on My S23 Ultra, I purchased on just of couple of days back. The feel and experience that samsung is provided is just fantasic. I have used iphone 14 Pro, But I choose to go with this and I'm really happy.

I’m on iPhone 11 and i cant wait to get this phone. I’m tired of small phones lol. I want something different. I’m looking forward to the s pen the most haha. I would wait for the 24 but i heard they are going to be taking away stuff to cut costs. I heard the zoom soo will go with s23 uktra.

The s-pen is definitely a fun feature, but also very niche. If you think you’ll find use cases for it then it’s definitely worth getting the S23 Ultra. The zoom is great too! Waiting for the next generation always comes with a double edged sword lol so if you really want, you can wait for the S24 only to see the prices drop for the S23 phones. Thanks for watching!

I was about to buy the 23 because it's way cheaper here in my country but unfortunately Samsung makes mid-range phones that look like premium ones so now I have to get the 23 ultra because of that.

Hi, I'm using s23 & it really gives a premium experience in all the day-to-day aspects for a smartphone user. I don't mind charging it twice a day or once in a day. All I can say is, if you looking for a premium smartphone go for this. But if you use a Mac for your work, choose any iPhone as it makes your life easy.

This is the review, I was looking for. I am planning to buy a S23 Ultra this BBD. Currently, I am using iphone 13 only and i gave my S10 lite to my wife which I was using alongside. Now, I am really missing the freedom of an Android phone and the One Ui just maxes out the experience. I really wanna know the difference as compared to S22 Ultra. Please throw some light.

I would say that if you can live with your iPhone 13 for 6 months longer until the S24 series of phones release, then I would do that. As for the difference between S22 Ultra and S23 Ultra, the only real difference is the battery and overall performance efficiencies, which are fundamental things for a smartphone to last long. I tried that too but the installation didn’t go well so I opted for no screen protector. Still a good idea to have a screen protector on any phone😅

I just upgraded from s21 plus to s23 ultra. it's worth it. Especially when I got 730$ off trad in included

I would say that if your Note 10 Plus is working fine right now, wait for the S24 Ultra. But if you really need a new phone asap then the S23 Ultra is well worth it over the S22 Ultra. The S23 Ultra doesn't have any Exynos device so I don't think any S24 devices will have it either. Thanks for commenting!

Just FYI, wireless charging is bad for your battery as it produce more heat than wired charging. My Samsung S22 battery is so bad and the first question Samsung Canada asked me if that if I always charge using wireless method. Since I have been charging the battery using the wireless charger for a year, it basically destroyed my battery little over a year period.

Definitely interesting but it seems to be a case-by-case issue. I charge most of my devices wirelessly and the batteries on those have been perfectly normal, even the devices I've used for a couple years now. It could either be that you got a faulty unit or I'm just lucky😂 either way, appreciate the insight!

The #1 enemy of phone batteries is heat. I find charging my phones in the kitchen on top of the marble counter works well as it acts as a heat sink. The phones charge faster and the batteries don't degrade as fast. When I take my phones to a Samsung shop for other issues, they always comment on the good health of the battery.

I’ll be more interested to know how the battery life is 2, 3, or 4 years later rather than six months.

how do you add and find that pixel like date/time & weather layout on your home screen? ive always wondered about that when i see youtubers have it on their dash. I want to that that too :P

If you have the Google app installed, you automatically have the widget! Just go into widgets and find the widget called “At a glance”. It’s a clean looking widget for sure!

Thanks man it helps a lot! I would say that if battery life and longevity is a priority for you, then switch to the S23 Ultra. But if you can manage the mediocre battery life and performance for less than 6 months, I would wait for the S24 Ultra.

I'm and S10 + user since 2019 and on my way of upgrading to Galaxy S23 ultra.

No iMessage since iMessage is only on iOS devices and this is a Samsung/Android device. However, Bluetooth is available on this phone!

Wireless charging is actually not as good as wired, specifically because of the heat it generates

In my opinion it come down to the price of each device, but generally speaking a new but mid-range phone could be better because of up-to-date software support and more modern specs, despite being mid-range. But again, it come down to the exact price of each device. Hope this helps!

As cheap as you can possibly get it is the ideal price. Bargains should be there to be had big time when the S24 Ultra is introduced in late January 2024, if you can wait until then.

Yeah the more user friendly device for someone coming from an iPhone 12 is probably the regular S23 or S23+. Both phones are similar in design to the iPhone you have and the S23 is identical in size as well, so instead of the S23 Ultra, I would suggest the regular S23 for you. If you can wait, I would recommend waiting until February to see what the S24 has to offer. Thanks for watching!

I personally like the grey because it’s neutral but black is amazing too, it’s the same as i had on my S22 Ultra. Green is the new colour this time around which is nice too but I haven’t seen it in person. Which colour do you guys prefer?

Even if the S24 Ultra doesn’t live up to the hype, the S23 Ultra second hand will be significantly discounted by then, so it’s a win-win situation either way!

To me personally, the difference between QHD and FHD doesn’t make a difference in everyday use, but I can understand why some people would prefer it. Kudos to you for using an S7 Edge in 2023! One of my favourite phones of all time for sure.

I'll be honest with you. I am using the S23 Ultra and it's an absolutely phenomenal phone. I had a QHD screen on my Nexus 6P, as well as my S9, then only FHD on my S20 Ultra. It's not really a noticeable difference if I'm being honest. The 120hz aspect is more important than the resolution, in my opinion. The S23+ would be a lot easier to handle due to the slightly smaller size and ergonomics, and you're not giving up a ton in the way of features. I almost bought it and would have if it weren't for the deal I got on this S23 Ultra either Galaxy Buds 2.

How? I’ve seen a similar comment before saying that wireless charging isn’t good for battery health and I’m assuming it’s because of heating issues, but I’ve literally had no issues with any of the devices I wirelessly charge. Enlighten me please!

Its heavy, the only issue, but since i go everyday to the gym, this phone is light as hell. 😂
