Samsung ditching the bud style and going with stems is a mistake imo. My Buds 2 Pro are some of the best fitting earbuds I've ever used. They feel as if they were moulded from my ears personally and felt nice and small. Plus, when a major manufacturer like Samsung tries to copy the style of one of their competitors, it gives the impression they're not confident in their own product, which will rub off on their core customer base possibly thinking that since Samsung decided to copy Apple that Apple has a superior product. Either way, it seems like a losing gamble imo.

They’re not beyond copying and Apple isn’t either, but this is a surprising departure from a well established design. Doesn’t help that people are so familiar already with the previous designs.

People will say this will be like a cheap copy of airpods 2 pro But actually, the design of this makes airpods look outdated.

There was no need for design change, they could have improves audio and provided more codec support with some changes in case size a little to increase battery life and true dual device connectivity. That would be a true upgrade. Why to change something which is already good. Design is for sure a little bit cheap knockoffs of Airpods aavilable in market .

ANC is what I am most interested in, usually I have a Pixel phone, but this year I went with an S24 Ultra and love it, so sticking to their eco system would be cool and all, but ANC is what is mostly important to me. I sent back the Technics AZ80s because even though they are the best sounding buds I have tried, they dont match the WF1000XM5 or QC2 buds for ANC. I have been eyeing up the momentum 4 as the new firmware gives me hope I can get a bud without the cons of the 2 buds I have, though lack of lossless on my phone would suck... But maybe its worth me waiting till the July 10th Samsung conference to see how these play out and if Samsung worked some magic on ANC.

I loved my pro 2 , too bad i was sensitive to the charging connectors and i had to return them, as they were destroying my ears . Lot of people has the same problem but samsung just don't care, they just give refund to anyone experience thi issue

@mhans311 I am probably gonna upgrade from the 2 to the 2 pros. However I heard the pros have a harder time fitting into most ear styles and they stick out, according to most reviews. I love my 2 and I am also definitely considering just buying another set of 2 just because the fitment is outstanding and I love that most people can't tell that I am not wearing earbuds all the time. Also the small form factor makes them fore conformable to sleep with. Yes I sometimes sleep with my ear buds in.

I am not a fan of stems but I am a fan of sound! If they sound good then I can forgive the stem.

I fucking hate these. I love my galaxy buds 2. I was excited and planning on buy the galaxy buds 3 after coming out, but now I am not giving samsung my money for the buds 3. These are nothing like the buds nor, are they gonna be a improvement.

not sure if many are mistaking but the 3 pros are silver with cushions right? because I keep seeing people refer to non cushion ones as the pros

@@edmundrbx6546 They are very close but probably the Airpods have better ANC and transparency. However they sound worse and have no multipoint. If that's not a problem and you are on iOS get the Airpods. Otherwise Freebuds Pro 3 all the way.

I kind of like that Samsung had their own thing going. At least the pixel boats still have that kind of shape although I miss the little nib that they had. Best fit of any buds I've ever had might have been the pixel buds 2020. But they just laughed ANC, transparency etc so that's not good.

Can you do a dedicated video about Samsung NOT supporting Aptx Adaptive & Aptx HD audio?! As a Samsung S23U user I'm so disappointed with my Sennhiser Momentum 4 only limited to 16bit audio by Samsung. 😢

Hopefully better microphones. I haven't yet found any earbuds better than the Aipords 2 Pro for taking calls and meetings.

How can the new ones have 96 kHz lossless? Unless they support ldac… Or unless they are upgrading their codec. Which basically means they can do it with the old model but they won’t to force you to upgrade

I see you never respond when people criticise your sponsors. You could be helping the community and exposing that samsung changed the akg sound signature and ruined it with an update. The more people know the better we can pressure samsung to change it back to the product we actually paid for

2 way speaker in samsung words means tweeter and woofer If it's dd+ba would advertise as "new superior driver"

Samsung has auto-switch but no multi-point, so it's a no-go for me. Can't use seamlessly with laptop and phone.

Hopefully, the call quality will be better.

Completely forgot about the pixel buds. Bought my father a pair of the 2a I believe, tried them on and loved the wings. Hopefully they have better sound for their next generation and maybe make them more compact while having a similar design unlike samsung

There were also updates about the SONY WH1000XM6, but in the end it was Sonos headphones. What I mean is that these may be guaranteed leaks, but for another company, something like the Liberty 4 Pro, because the announcement of it is soon or something else.

I don't know about the fit of stems being worse. In my experience it's better and they tend to not only be more comfortable but also not move in my ear. Galaxy buds or Sony xms tend to fall out when speaking or doing any activity.

I am more waiting for the Oneplus Buds Pro 3

I'm not a fan of this design. The specs seem fine tho, but I liked the fact they didn't have a stem.

I'm a samsung user and i just bought my airpods pro because they are the only earbuds i can wear comfortably. And then these come out. I mean, i love my airpods and they work great even with android, not losing that much functionality to actually care. But I had such a bad timing, it even took me months to finally decide to buy them. Such a bummer

Unlike many, I prefer earbuds with stems, but I already know that I will not buy or recommend these Galaxy Buds 3 / 3 Pro to my relatives. Why? Because they won't have multipoint and a standard Hi-Res codec (LDAC). I'm a fan of Samsung, and that Samsung has an ecosystem with additional features for those in it, ok, good, top, but that Samsung takes away from all those who are not in all the features that are now basic on tws (multipoint, standard Hi-Res codec...), and becomes a closesytem like Apple's 🍏, I'm not in tune with that and will never approve it. 🙏🏽
