I think the set up catch’s all get-up options immediately cause if roll the block would break and would combo into the tnt. If neutral or getup atk tnt if jump it’s f smash or land on the tent the only option is to be patient and wait

@@pmahcgop6693 it's the perfect edge-guard. People seeing the tnt may either panic roll or correctly jump. In all honesty, he could have rolled but the steve could also drop an anvil to break the block and hit mario.

Pac Man : Complex bell and hydrant combo Diddy : Double feint his recovery into 0 to death Steve : bloc off stage into TNT + down air + down smash while falling to blow up the TNT into tech jump to recover and kill with side-b. Hero : *down-b*

@@JoySparx i feel like its less like a "character can't be cool" and more like "character almost always plays lame". ex: Ken's Sonic is absolutely sick (won a tourney in Japan with only rushdown Sonic without dropping a GAME) while Sonix literally just times out people most of the time. I mean of course there's some hype clips but most of the time you hate playing vs it

@@JUSTINTRIPjl threw the bell at the ledge to cover normal getup, jump, or getup attack, went up to the platform since he knew where the bowser was gonna get launched, got grabbed, back thrown off the stage, let the water push him while charging fruit, and then the pacman read the bowser's jump with the fruit and killed him off it

I swear whenever you see the title "galaxy" or "big" brain you know very well that pac man and steve gonna be in most of this video.

What I love about Akakikusu's Hero is he plays like an enigma. He sometimes doesn't immediately push buttons when his opponent approaches, but also plays with Hero's bait-and-switch playstyle. I love that he forces a "to punish or not to punish" mind game, which leads to plays like this 3:47. I don't usually get this intrigued by Hero, but I can't wait to see more from him. Though, the only concern is the language barrier whenever other offline events are safe...

When people say Smash is an easy game with simple controls, this is the kind of video I show them. Sakurai makes games that are easy to learn, hard to master. That's called good game design.

@@natothegood Clearly you don't pay attention to the fighting game community, as this is a loud opinion. With quite a bit of controversy over the years if it even qualifies to be in the same boat as FGC or EVO. I'm not saying that everyone in the FGC has this opinion, but there is a large group that considers it to be childish and not like other fighter games.

​@@natothegood This is a widespread opinion, people (especially players of other fighting games) have literally been saying this for years. People call smash a "party game", and compare the complexity of move inputs with other fighting games, because in smash you just press b to use special moves, where in other fighting games you usually need a lot of different inputs.

1:00 pretty sure the sephiroth could've recovered there, he had the one wing so he had 2 jumps, only used one, and didnt airdodge either. More of a 10 IQ play from the sephiroth than it is a big brain play from the dark pit. Not discrediting him, it was a good option to cover the recovery, but it was sephiroth who put himself in that position in the first place Also at 4:52 hey that zelda player has my name as their tag!
