I'm a SAMSUNG Lover but am disappointed after seeing the prices of your Galaxy Book4 series… I mean it is really overpriced for a middle class person to buy such unaffordable products! @Samsung Please make your products budget friendly & affordable! 😢😓😟💰💸💵⁉️

@Samsung I was quite bummed about the 14 inch pro version not having the option for 32 GB RAM in the US Market. It seems that Samsung's Asian Markets like Hong Kong, South Korea, and India are able to spec their 14 inch Galaxy Book4 Pro's with 32 GB RAM but in the US, UK, Canada and most Western Country Markets it seems the option for 32 GB RAM is only available on the Ultra or 16 inch Pro. Had the 14 inch pro had a 32 GB RAM option, I could have seen this selling really well with high-end constantly on the go business professionals in the states and competing in the ultraportable arena. Every single of your Windows Based PC competitors (Dell, Lenovo, Asus, HP, etc.) offers a 14 inch ultraportable with 32 GB of RAM with the same exact 14th gen Intel specs as the Book4 Pro in those markets. I so badly wanted to buy this in the 14 inch Pro Variant with 32 GB RAM but as it's not being sold in the US, I'm basically going to have to go with the 2024 14 inch Lenovo Thinkbook 13X Gen 4 that can be built with 32 GB RAM . This was a major miss by your PC , Finance, and Marketing Teams because I guarantee you consumers in these English-Speaking countries would have paid a premium for those options in a 14 inch sized variant.

@davidvecchi4797 Bro, have some logic bro, when was the last time you saw any company gave s pen for earphones or a smartwatch If tab ultra and phone ultra, I means the devices with which one can use s pen unlike with earphones 🤣🤣 tgot spen then why not a laptop with such a bug screen and many softwares and an ultra tag has to s pen support if a laptop has no web cam then customers will ask for it but no customer will ask for a web can on a earphone unless they are lunatic use the top organ and ask relevant question bro 🤣

Was really excited for this laptop only to find out it still lacks a full-size SD card slot and doesn't even offer 32 GB of RAM on the top end model. Value for the price is quite lackluster. Unfortunately I can't yet justify owning a Samsung laptop to compliment my Samsung mobile devices.

I think they purposely didnt so that you get a longer palm rest area for a better typing experience and more room for the battery

Hey samsung, love your s23 ultra it has a qhd screen, but in your ultra tablet 14.6 inch its still 1080 p which is very low fpr the modern day but not disappointing either. Plz increase the resolution to 3k or 4k 120 hz so that it would be great to watch movies
