I tried this, exactly like you did. It's my first ever painting. It didn't turn out great but my mom says as a beginner I did really good :')

For those of you who think you need exactly a pastel yellow, you don't. If you have Naples yellow and a little bit of Titanium white, mix it together, it works perfectly :)

What brushes were used, spatula and sponge.

Just love it as it is straight to the point and happy with the subtitle as painting is being done. Tks for no music as I usually put mine on mute. Congratulations as you paint and do not jabber like some and before they start painting and I check on time taken by them its a horrible 15 mins, believe it or not. Just super painting no wasting time and its awesome. tks a million 🥰

@@somjitboontan9414 it went awesome! Nothing like this really, I just freehanded it, but I used a similarish color palette and the same star technique. I also added some little nebula clouds off to the sides. It looks more like a vortex tha a galaxy but it still looks really cool! I picked an abstract thing first for a reason! But yeah, turned out awesome! And edit: thank you for the reminder!

The brushes he is using are "Shader Brush" and "Fan Brush". :)

im just wondering do you need to dry the black base paint before topping it with light colors? or you can just directly put lighter colors in it andit wont blend? Thank you

I've only just come out of the hospital from brain illness, and I've been looking at what I could do with myself, Because it's going to be years before I get back to working or sorting if it makes sense. Definitely have to have the right paint to do this My other colors just disappear in the black

Make sure to also let the black dry completely

Is the black canvas still wet or did you let it dry a bit?

Water in acrylic painting is used for either washing the brush, using the water to help the blend colours, or using the water to wet the brush so you can paint with a certain colour for a longer period of time

Do you let the black dry?

You did a nice job BUT at the end when making the stars you should have covers the galaxy with a paper/plastic then throw the stars on top I think it would have came out better. Still looks nice though! :)

I wish you live here in Glendale Arizona and maybe you can give me some lessons
