I just want to ask if you reboot does all files are deleted?

Hey, anyone answer as soon as they can, please. Newest update has sent my phone into a restarting-updating loop. When it finishes updating, it tries to start up but.. Shows the updating screen again?? This has been going on for literally 20 minutes now I'm scared and nervous I wont be able to boot my phone up again because of this.

Happened to me before, happening again right now as we speak. What I did before was wait till the battery died and charged it and wiped cache partition.

After android 11 update my phone screen stucks and reboots automatically this happens in regular intervals please if you have a solution please share I can't afford to buy a new phone @samsung

i watched ur boot loop video and did not work but it goes on and off shows the logo and then black screen logo shows up and black screen etc..but it also has that buzzing sound as if it tries to turn on i might need a new button ..is that possible... I also bought a new refurbished same model phone trying to transfer everything but in the process it needs a QR code from the nonworking phone and cant finish the installation any ideas. Its a Samsung Galaxy A 11

Prior to my phone not turning on, I dropped my phone and it wouldn’t charge, I kept hitting the phone at the back and it charged. But this time, while I was using it at 2% it shut down. I charged it and it shows that it was charging but won’t turn on. I tried pressing the power button but all it does is flicker one time then goes back to the black screen with the charging logo. Tried doing these methods but that’s what happens still. What do i do?
