    Is there anyway I could prep this dish, store in the fridge and bake the next day?

    Hi Paige, Although we've never done this, we're pretty confident that you can. Prepare your syrup and your custard the day before and keep in the fridge. Then, when you are read to assemble your galaktoboureko, just bring the custard to room temperature before placing it in your baking pan with the phyllo dough. Once it is baked and still hot, pour the cold syrup over it. Enjoy!!
