Before the 2023 election he boasted that the ANPP candidate was the person to beat He misled himself to believe in that unrealistic assumption. What is this old man saying? How can he be praising Abacha's dual exchange rate policy that allowed government officials to collect dollars at N22 from the CBN and resell at the black market at N88?
