This game was my SHIT!! Good times on ps2

Funny story with Skullduggery's finisher, it wasn't even used in a fight he was in. In fact, he was trying to assassinate King Muscle after he managed to win his match with Ramenman, but Terryman stepped in to stop him. Skullduggery panicked and accidentally shot Terryman in the leg.

@@patrickchaney I would also say (and argue has the worst) Brocken Jr. and Warsman also couldn’t catch a break since didn’t Brocken lost half way through his first Chojin Olympics plus it was like his first debut too as he’s the youngest of the group being 18, his dad was killed by Ramenman, barely won his fight with Mister Khamen due to Ramenman interfering, nearly died to The Ninja, lost immediately with Rikishiman in the Dream Chojin Tag Arc, then died and was revived in Survivor Match Arc. Warsman was born unlucky, his dad killed himself via self destruction in front of him and his mom, bullied and harassed for his whole childhood, his mom died when he was a kid, was taken in by the Soviet Government to train thinking it was heaven since he had food to eat and a warm bed only to find out they’re using him to be a robot soldier to destroy armies and to be mass produced, Robin’s hellish training, is defeated by Cassette King, killed by Buffaloman, have his body used as a ring stage by the Six Devil Knights, killed by the Hell's Missionaries and stayed dead for awhile, is revived in Survivor Match Arc but lost memory of his moves making him a newbie and getting bashed around for a bit, is then defeated by Mammothman to the point of hospitalization. I would have to say Terryman and Robin Mask are tied for second/third place. Since Terryman beside losing his leg, nearly died a few times, his girlfriend nearly died in a car accident and at one point became a giant woman destroying the city. Robin for his harsh childhood (ironic that he did the same thing to Kevin the same thing his dad did to him since Robin had a strained relationship with his own father), the slight problem that he couldn’t marry his wife since she was human, lost his justice morals after losing to Kinnikuman, died due to Atlantis, lost his mask and was defeated by Neptuneman.

I was like 4 when I played this.. even though I don't remember or never knew anything about it except about ''Kid Muscle'' it still brings back good ass memories.

i must say this game aged very nicely i remember when i first got it as a little kid i was always blown away by wrestling but this was just the coolest fucking thing i've ever seen

I love the fact I read the original manga and know all these characters. Especially since the idea of Sunshine beating Big Budo is laughable haha

It's just when you expose to the four kids version of ultimate muscle you wouldn't think about the voices, but however when you return to it years later you're going to realize how weird the voices are when paired with a specific character. For example Buffalo man is from Spain but they give him a Russian accent.

Got this game as a gift it was th most fun ive ever had

I saw an episode of "Kinnikuman", in which Mayumi Kinnkuman (Grandpa) was dressed as Warsman. It was him, acting as Warsman, during his training session with Kinnikuman (King Muscle), for the FINALS of the Choujin Crown, The BIG Fight. And he was trying to counter Warsman's Bear Claw attack that left Ramenman in a vegetated state, after he was punctured in the head, during the Steel Cage Casket Match. I didn't understand it, either, when I bought the game, but that was before I saw the anime.

8:08 Easily the best one just for how long it goes on for compared to the others. Shogun just smashes ya around like a ragdall for almost 30 seconds. Brutal.

An S Tier Level 3 for an S Tier Character. I forget which, but one of the two Shoguns passively gets meter too. Which makes it a little easier to get out.

@@GreatQuestionFran Oh I'm sure there's some crazy meta stuff to this game I haven't even covered. I went on an insane survival mode run with Dik Dik Van Dik because when he gets that super boost, he moves INSANELY fast, and he's got quick hitting level 1s and 2s to keep an opponent down.

you know what i just figured out ? this is the only fighting game with an all male charecters ! how rare is that ?!

game84cube roman shitz Japan usually separates that and has all-female wrestling leagues "jusho puroresu". I believe Kid Muscle's mom/King's wife was a former wrestler herself. Not 100% sure on that.

How are there so many characters. It just keeps going and going.

Aah, a minor mistake. Buffaloman actually has 2. One of them has him slam the opponent into the ring rather than just let them fall onto his horn. Or did they remove that for this game? I know it wouldn't be in the Brutal Buffalo form or anything...

Because none of these special moves have ceilings the Kid could bounce from...

There used to be a cheat code I used back in the day to unlock all of the characters. You’d have to enter it at the title screen or main menu. But NOTHING online will tell me. Does anyone remember?

That's actually what I thought this game was when I first saw it used at a GameStop way back when. Just a PS2 port of the GameCube one. And then I saw the character select for the first time and was stoked!

King Muscle, Geronimo (Beetlebomb), Dik Dik van Dik (Gazelleman). Those are all the ones that I've noticed, but they probably used him for a lot of the old generation characters.

On Psp? Did not know it also came out on that. But to do these level 3 tag supers, you AND your tag partner need to have 3 levels of Chojin Power. Then just go for your level 3 grapple and it will do the Tag Super instead of your personal Level 3.

That's kind of the point considering Mayumi/Grandpa and Harabote/McMadd are washed up former wrestlers. Hell the Keylock is a rendition of how the one match they had against each other in the original series ended.

Patrick Chaney as someone above already said, mayumi was using it to help suguru train for his fight against warsman in the 31st choujin olympics. Especifically to get him in the right state of mind to face the bear claws which had left warsman in a vegetative state.

Hey, Aki never disappoints with it's engine. That's why everybody loves WWF No Mercy/Wrestlemania 2000 and WCW vs NWO World Tour/Revenge.

Do i have to say how AWFUL king muscles voice is !?
