Ese actor lleva años haciendo las inocentadas para la tele , no sé como no lo reconocen ya ; hombre este chico lleva tiempo en EEUU , pero lo mismo ve la tele también .

Exactly, he was pranked. He was invited to see an exhibition and while at it they pretended to having found a lost Picasso.

It's a candid camera show indeed, but for charity purposes. Their pranks always revolve around some famous person. Basically, Javier Fernández (the lean guy in the dark suit and white shirt) is lead into an art exhibition, where two guys who make art out of recycled stuff are creating their new work, and meanwhile, in the back room, a new Picasso drawing has been just discovered behind another work of art (the picture frame which broke at the beginning). At one point, the two artists from the main room get into the other one and grab the so-called Picasso for adding it to their work, and that's when the mess starts. At 22:32 everything is finally revealed. This show's been airing annually for quite some time, it aims to raise donations for the "Inocente" Foundation, an spanish NGO which helps kids in need (they basically raise funds and distribute them to another set of charities, including help for kids with cancer, rare diseases, facing social exclusion and such). The logo from "Inocente" foundation (a person made of cut paper) deserves an explanation as well: every year, on December 28th, it's "innocents day" in Spain (our own version of April's Fool Day), and it's usual for people to throw silly pranks at each other then (actually, it's even customary for mass media set up a fake new that day, which obviously is explained the next day). One of the typical jokes on that day it's to stick one of these cut-out paper guys on the back of someone, and whenever someone falls for a prank (or discovers a paper guy on his/her back) everyone around would yell "innocent!".
