Gaffing On Location Interviews w/ Aputure Nova P600C

A quick look at some interview setups we did earlier in the year for the University of Arkansas. Relatively simple stuff, but if you have any questions then please ask away! There'll be more rigging and specialty lighting videos in the future, so stay tuned!

At 3:14 do you remember how far away your Nova was and what was the light level?

It was a little over a meter away. I don’t remember the output level, but can tell by looking it was probably about half brightness give or take maybe 10%. Those novas are bright.

@@cfl4286 Thanks, yes they are. I have 2 p300c's. I also have a Forza 720B and 2 Forza 300B's along with older Forza 500. I was thinking of getting a p600c that is why I was asking. I notice you use it a lot as your key. I just came across your channel the other day and subscribed.

@@RobertJohnPhotography nice kit! IMO the P600c is the best soft panel on the market. It is good as a key with the aputure softbox as long as you can keep it close to the subject. Farther away and it’s best to diffuse it with a 4x4 or something like that. Thanks for the subscription!
