2018. I saw GS on the tour, though not this show. Saw them also at the annual female rockers's fest Naon no Yaon in late April, then to top it off, in July at Doll$Festa with Gacharic Spin, Doll$Boxx, Unlucky Morpheus, Fuki Commune, and Show-Ya vocalist Keiko Terada (organizer/producer of Naon no Yaon)-that was one of the best live shows I've ever seen, period. There have been various phases and iterations of this band, but they've always delivered great entertainment. They've toured relentlessly over the years (though not enough overseas), and have developed a command of the stage that can only be appreciated live. Oreo Reona went through a phase when she'd wear a burger on stage, but most importantly, she likes the Peanuts from Mothra.

It's impossible not to be in a good mood after this, as the sweet smile of this pretty little alien together with her uplifting music is so highly infectious. ❤‍🔥 GS is generally refreshingly different (imo). 🤘🏻 _____________________ _"America invented rock. Tomo Zo is one of my favorite guitarists, her playing seems effortless and her infectious smile just makes me happy.

Love that wee squeel of delight "yeh" at the end from TOMO-ZO, she knows she nailed it. Rest of band were great as well, love Koga's bass.

I'm convinved it's physically impossible for Tomo-zo not to smile.

I've seen a few videos of their sadder songs where Tomo-zo is trying so hard to prevent her lips from turning into a full blown smile.

Tomo-zo to me always seems to be a happy child on his best loved playground. A child that never will accept to grow old. I'm a little jealous of that.

Tomo Zo is one Japan's truly great guitarist. And Chopper is a damn good bassist.

Something curious about this gig is that it was performed on the same day, a few hours after their Doll$Boxx performace with Fuki. You should also watch the video of TOMO-ZO performing at "The World Guitar Girl Collection 2018" playing classics from Rainbow, Dokken, Mr. Big and others along with girls like Saki from Nemophila, HAL-CA from Asterim, Ayumi from Bridear and more.😉

TOMO-ZO doesn't get enough love as an accomplished guitarist. What an amazing onstage personality. I was so happy when they moved her to stage right alongside Koga for the Nov 18 show at Hibiya. Her smile is so infectious. Can't wait to get my Blu-ray copy of the show so I can relive it again. Thanks guys!

Still one of my favourite Gacharic Spin songs and my favourite Tomo-zo track. I am sucker for instrumentals, but I just love all the different parts in this track. Only slight downside of this video, once you notice the little plushie on Tomo-zo's right shoulder (left side of the screen) and that Oreo is wearing a cheeseburger outfit, it's hard to not focus on it all the time. Their outfits were crazy in this era.

This song is a must-have song if you're making a hard rock instrumental mix album. I'm sure there are a lot of ideas, but for me, I'd like to hear it alongside Into the Arena by the Michael Schenker Group or Child's Anthem by TOTO. I always play this song when I'm driving. I have to be careful not to speed up too much by getting absorbed in the song. The studio-recorded version included on the album also has limited sections where the bass is left, the keyboard is right, and the drums and guitar are clearly separated in the center.

Tomo Zo reminds me of Akane Hirose - virtuosity with a big smile.

Watching this performance countless times lead me to have great respect for TOMORROW-ZO’s skills as a guitarist and as a composer. It also demonstrates how the entire band is. BTW, NICORIN is pronounced “nee-ko-reen.” And HANA rhymes with “mama.”

Tomo-zo is such a great guitarist but the rest of the band is putting incredible work in here as well, just because the guitar is taking the lead it's not like the rest of the band are chilling out! I dropped another request on your BMAC

I love Tomo-zo and Kanami about the same.
