Tuff conditions Gabby. I remember playing in 60 mile an hour wiinds when i was younger. My friend and i lost 19 balls. That was crazy but we enjoyed ourselves. Im glad you met Mia, such a nice person. You both looked like you hit it off. You were laughing a lot and Mia is known for her laughing while playing golf. Great fun Gabby.

You two are such delightful young women with all of your positive energy. You play joyfully which is how golf should be played. Bad shot? Who cares? Laugh and then hit it again. There is so much more to golf than being good at it unless you’re on tour at which time it is all business. Tour players are like brain surgeons…..no room for even the tiniest of mistakes. Hobby players are like three year olds…..it’s all about the adventure, learning something new and laughing at yourself…..pure enthusiasm and lust for life.

That sure looked like a windy day on the golf course. Maybe it had to do with the Kiawah island logo golf shirt you were wearing. It can get quiet windy golfing the courses at Kiawah, especially the Ocean course.

In France, we play in meters, and pretty much everywhere in EU. And for the buggy/cart I have lived in different European countries, and the wheel is always on the left.

Girls, it's yards in the UK and metres in the rest of Europe. And of course the steering wheel is on the same side in the UK. It's not a road vehicle!

In Europe we play in meters except for the UK

The life you have chosen is a good life it requires Hard work if you want to be best day in day out week in week out month in month out year in year out. until you achieve what you want. Then if you want to maintain it you have to carry on. If you don't have the mindset for that you become an also ran and end up kicking your butt for not trying when you had the chance. the most important is to enjoy what you are doing and have the determination to carry out the hard work.

@Gabby. It looks like you think UK is Europe. There are some differences. In the UK they drive on the right side. In the rest of Europe on the left side. In the UK they measure in yards. In (mostly) the rest of Europe they measure in meters.
