Please don’t diss Notts County, they are the words oldest professional football club, founded in 1862, 1 year before the FA. Professional football started with them. Ask anyone associated with Juventus FC in Turin and ask how they got the idea for their iconic black and white striped kit.
As a Spurs fan, I want to win ANY game we play, regardless. Enough of these disingenuous "fans" being so petty as to put the rivalry before our own progression. To beat City would be a great achievement in any season. Fans need to stop feeling jealous and entitled. We're nowhere near Arsenal (yet) and they deserve to be in with a chance for the title. It's fortunate that the result that Spurs fans want is the only possible result that can happen. There is no way City can drop points against them. They don't need to drop players to throw it. Nah its not right, as a professional sports team we have to play to win. I've been a Spurs fan for 35 years but I'm not a North Londoner so I can understand what north London fans will suffer if Arsenal win the league, but still I always want to see my team win and due respect to Arteta if he wins the prem, he's come back from massive disappointments.

Saying Arsenal won the title because Spurs beat City is the most ludicrous take ever. That is ONE game in a 38 games season. If Arsenal wins the league it is because they deserve it over the course of 38 games. If City loses the title because they are beaten by Spurs it is because they were not good enough to beat Spurs and hence not good enough in the course of 38 games.
I’m a 54 yr old Arsenal fan and to hear Darren and the rest talking about “Rivalry” and rather losing than getting into the CL and earning a few quid for ya club absolutely shocks me !!!! That's a winning mentality. Something that Spurs don't seem to have. They don't win if Arsenal don't win. They're still struggling just the same. Celebrating that is embarrassing.

The ideal scenario would be:- a) Manchester United beats Arsenal tomorrow; b) Tottenham thrashes Manchester City; c) Manchester City wins the title; d) Tottenham sneaks into the UCL!

However if Villa at home somehow manages to win against liverpool it will be impossible for Spurs to reach them. Then the outcome of the City game wouldn't even matter because the villa game is one day prior.

As an Arsenal fan, I'd worry about getting into Champions league. Spurs fans, don't cry about needing better players this next window when you had a chance of getting into the CL pot of money but focused on another club.
finishing top four is slim. you expect villa to go blank the next two games. not gonna happen.

The spurs teams that got results against city at home in years past is gone. They no longer play defensively. They have no chance.
There are 30+ points between Arsenal and spurs, how are you a rival when you are so far back? Worry about yourselves and do you're best to win each game.
