And another thing that can prove that he didn't hate Naruto is in the first episode of Naruto the thing he tell Mizuki when Mizuki said that the monster fox will go on a rampage and Iruka corrected him saying maybe the fox will but not Naruto and how he works hard to be acknowledged.

I remember when I first saw 2:06 this scene, I cried so bad I was legit shaking from all that pain. Gaara's pain physically hurt me, man.

at least naruto had shikamaru and chouji. and sure his father was dead, but his father loved him. gaaras father hated him, so much that hed order gaaras only parent figure to attempt to assassinate him, so that gaara would truly, completely be, alone. his father even kept temari and konkuro away from him most of the time, so he literally had nobody. even that one father figure, vocally admitted to gaara he never liked him. this video made me cry.

I've been through a lot and when I watched this episode I just felt so understood. When I look at Garra it's like looking into a mirror. I root for him every time I see him on screen and I tear up for the bond he has with Naruto.

Anime like this makes me excited to teach my future children all the lessons I learned from these shows and movies over the decades. This one will definitely be an important one to teach a kid. Especially if they ever lose a friend or a pet.

I feel very bad for gaara after looking at his past😔😔😔.

I never saw Gaara smile or actually be happy very much at all. So sad as part of the sand...

When they shut the door on his face when he offered the medicine..i heard the crack from my heart being broken, that poor boy, only if he had someone like iruka sensei or a friend like naruto from early on, he wouldn't have suffered so much nor become a ruthless monster. So glad he found the right way. One of the best characters from Naruto!

He did, he had Yashimaru. Now imagine Iruka sensei telling Naruto he hated him and deserved to die or get killed for stealing the scroll. Or sacrifice himself and tell him no he didnt sacrifice himself for Naruto but for the scroll. Basically being betrayed by the person Naruto was close to. Even then Naruto was already tapping into the 9tails when Iruka was hit, he would have gone crazy he Iruka said the opposite of what he did.

Naruto has taught me deeper understanding of pain and many other life lessons, and helped me to relate with my own struggles, i pity those who will never get to see the beauty of this anime. This is not just anime, it's something much more deeper.

@@prasenjeetsinha8815 And Gaara had THE ONLY ONE who loved him trying to kill him and then confessing that he hated him the whole time. His father was a dick who didn't care. He found out that his mother supposedly didn't even wanted to give birth to him. He had a good reason to hate the whole world. He gone through so many assassins attacks that he got to the point where killing his enemy is the only thing that brought him a relief. It's beyond fucked up. Another detail overlooked by everyone is his inability to sleep. Gamabunta stated that it took a great part in making him completely unstable. He also was in heart pain all the time. Overall the breaking point of his life was almost as bad as Sasuke but Sasuke at least experienced 7 years of proper childhood. Gaara, just like Naruto, had none and he was way more hated and ostracized than Naruto was. I like Sasuke the most but when Kishimoto was writing Gaara's past I feel it was like "what else can I do to mess him up even further?".

The Hidden Leaf was extremely lucky that Naruto had Shikamaru, Iruka, Kakashi and even Sasuke around him and that didn’t turn evil after how disgusting they all treated him just because of the Nine Tails being inside him. Imagine if Minato had saw how the village treated his son after he died 😳 yeah Minato would have violated everyone in that place

I wish I could give Gaara a hug. If I had the chance to, idk maybe isekaied or something, I’d hunt down all the orphans (or half orphans? Nah gaara’s father can’t be counted as a father) of this series and give them all hugs, and slap all the useless adults in their lives. Like, hello? They are children? The adults of their villages should’ve been protecting and taking care of these children. No child should ever feel like they are alone like this.

I liked Gaara when he was first introduced and back in the day when they went into his backstory i was thinking how could everyone in the village treat him like that, 0:58 look at that face, how can you hate that face.

Gaara's backstory hit hard And i fucking cried when he talked about pain in his heart, he's so frickin adorable no matter what he did to apologize to someone people be pushing him away and THE BETRAYAL OF SOMEONE HE RELIED ON BETRAYED HIM. Its so sad😭💞

For a looong time I saw Gaara as a bad person... but now I see he has a good heart and there's a lot of moments when he's trying to change and be better. I can even imagine (understand is not the word) how he felt and so he became that kid a lot of people hated. Honestly, he's one of my favourite characters

Naruto and Gaara be having one of the most tragic childhood and found peace at last in their hearts after fighting for it. Now adopting boys (Kawaki and Shinki) with tragic life and giving them the "hug" they have always wanted to feel when they were young. They will never let someone feel the same pain and loneliness or solitude they went through. Damn, Gaara and Naruto came a long way. I am so proud

"I'm not bleeding, but I've been having a lot of pain, right here..." Goddamn, this shit always gets me so hard. Gaara and Naruto's tragic backstories are some of the saddest shit in the show. But honestly, the whole damn show is FILLED TO THE BRIM with tragedy. That's what makes Boruto feel so much less impactful, it just doesn't have enough tragedy in it. Boruto as a character may be kinda badass and cool, but he really just doesn't have enough pain in his life. Not compared to his dad. The saddest part of his life is a father who's not around enough. That's certainly a relatable thing, but Naruto just straight up had no parents at all, and didn't even know what they looked like or sounded like until he was like 17 years old. If it had been in a less fantastical world, he would never have even met them at all.

The most painful part is when the only person whom he thought cared for him, betrayed him and worst told him he hated him.💔

when i first saw Gaara's childhood it was so heartbreaking it made me cry seeing a meek and thoughtful little boy being treated like a freak for no reason it's no wonder why he was such a creepy and unpleasant sociopath when he was first introduced. looking back at this i think Gaara tried to be friends with the wrong kind of kids thankfully he manage to find people like Naruto, Lee, Shikamaru and Choji who accept him and become his friends/brothers and become the meek and thoughtful little boy again

i swear some of these side characters are so lovable. I enjoy it so much that you find out about certain characters after so many episodes. Side Characters are the real mvps in naruto without a doubt. I miss u haku and zabuza..

gaara had a worse childhood than naruto , even tho naruto had parents they loved him which gives him hope there were ppl who loved him , gaara had a parent and a older brother both of them who hated him , gaara had his mother to love him but he didnt know that till Shippuden the difference between the pain of knowing that you used to be loved and NOT at all being loved by a human in the present or past (gaaras perspective as he thought his mother too hated him) is quite huge

First seeing gaara, I was scared of him. But now he’s one of my favorite characters. Seeing his backstory makes me do the Water Style: Tear Flow No Jutsu

I cried and cried for this... Naruto’s one of the most emotional animes ever
