He obviously knew the law. The prosecutor did not prove his case upon a reasonable doubt. All the defense had to do was raise reasonable doubt. That was pretty easy to do with the evidence provided. I am sure they offered the guy a plea deal before trial and he was life eff this I would rather roll the dice. He was incarcerated for 2 years and got a misdemeanor which the max is 12 months. He was home by dinner time I am sure. Time served. So how does he move on with his bm? Hopefully she does right and have some wap waiting for him when he shows.

Unfortunately this is pretty common behavior in the hood, young ladies getting pregnant for dudes they don't really want to be with anymore then hopping on to the next available dude... 2003 I did the same thing and almost lost my life getting stabbed up while still in her bed, drunk and high. I went to a young lady's house iI had started seeing and made the mistake of spending the night, we got tore up together, did our thing and laid up afterwards. I didnt know she was 5weeks pregnant, no sign of a belly yet. Some guy who she was seeing who was the unborn child's father lived a couple blocks down the street from her and hung out there, he apparently seen me when I pulled up around 8pm and went into her crib. He kicked in her front door around 2Am while we were both asleep and crept into the room, even in the fog of being high I noticed the movement in the room but before I could react dude was ontop of me swinging his knife wildly... I got stabbed 8x's, twice in the chest, 2x's hitting my kidney on my right side, got sliced up badly in palms when I grabbed the blade, cutting up a few veins, he also stabbed her up in her breasts, thighs.. The adrenaline kicked in and I succeeded in getting him off top of me and the knife flew out of his hand, he saw the table had turned and bolted downstairs; I was butter ball naked but still chased after him till I got to the front foor, where I stumbled around for a few yards and collapsed outside on a Wash D.C street at around 2:15am covered in blood, and loosing blood profusely. The medics were quick on the scene and came and picked me up to the E.R, another ambulance took her as well. I had to have emergency surgery amd subsequent surgeries for the next yr a half, 20yrs later I still have nerve damage to my wrist(my thumb, index finger and ring finger are at 30%) and some internal injuries with my kidney, and with my intestinal activity.. But i got lucky I know this, if dude came with a gun I probably wouldn't be here or if he hit me in the neck with the knife or hit a vital organ...
