Everyone was waiting for this moment. Hooxie was too bad for tier 1 team. I hope G2 will finally become stable top 3 team. Niko and monesy definetely deserve this.

definitely too bad, i'm sure that the fact that he led G2 to 2 S tier trophy wins, Kato and Cologne at that, mere months after joining, in spite of G2 not winning a thing for multiple years, tells us absolutely nothing about his IGLing skills

@royloh569 bro, hooxie had niko, monesy and hunter. They all were in the top 10 in 2023. Niko was top 2 and monesy top 4. G2 spends millions to be on top. Of course, he was supposed to win tournaments. Hooxie might have a good calling, but his individual is below average, even for an igl. He is the lowest rated igl in tier 1 scene. Watch faze clan ranking players where everyone said he is supposed to win more trophies with niko and monesy.

@fardokv3140 Listen, i am not saying Hooxie did nothing there. All i wanna say is that he should have achieved way more than that. Hooxie used to disappear during the matches, so g2 had to play 4 vs 5. Besides, do not forget, that monesy grew up and had become one of the best players in the world. His impact for all those wins is massive. Did you watch the tournament in Dallas? Even with a washed stand-in who hadn't played cs for over 2 years, g2 was able to win the tournament. So i guess if g2 had a more solid player, they can achieve way more than with hooxie.

Hooxi may be bad at shooting but his igl skills is just top tier. He is one of the reasons why G2 is not falling off.

@@Notagenius106 He's not just bad hes one of the worst Tier 1 player in the scene. Hes a HUGE liability, he constantly gets bullied by teams who keep attacking his site and he can't hold on, hes not also like karrigan or Aleksib where their gamesense is so high they can do a rush somewhere and entry for their team. He would be great as a coach, but he litterally does not his allow his team to play because they are busy filling the gaps he creates because how weak he is.
