Status quo is maintain...FGEHA is silent about this project. Na pasay wapis kar rakhain hain no project start kar rakhain hain.

Govt Employees will be able to apply after court decision. Employees quota is separate from general people.

20 % for gen public quota and 15 % overseas baqi 65 % kis k lie ? any quota for govt employees? as no option an app

Out of 65% there will be quota for effectees and Federal Government Employees.

They have only issues quota details but not number of plots. We may have to wait for LOP from CDA.

I think the 10% down payment has to be deposited with the application . pl clarify.

لوگوں سے معاملات طے کرنے کے بغیر یہ پروجیکٹ لینچ نہیں ہو سکتا تھا. ورنہ اس وقت احتجاج شروع چکا ہوتا. دوسری بات آبادی گرانا کوئی مسئلہ نہیں اگر لوگ اپنی اپنی جگہ دے چکے ہیں. اس میں لوکل لوگوں کا الگ سے کوٹہ مختص ہے ان کو بھی اپنا لالچ ہو گا کہ جلدی ڈولپمنٹ ہو اور ان کو پلاٹ ملے.

اس دفعہ امید ہے کہ بہتری آے گی کیونکہ اس سیکڑ کو انھوں نے کافی عرصہ سے فوکس کیا ہوا تھا. اس میں متاثرین کا پلاٹوں میں الگ سے کوٹہ بھی رکھا گیا ہے. اپلاہی کرنے کے لیے صرف پروسس فیس ہی ہے اور ہے بھی اسلام آباد کا سیکٹر اس لیے کوشش کرنی چاہئے.

@user-bg6qj5se3y آپ کی بات ٹھیک ہے پر اس پر FGEHA والے کا فی عرصے سے کوشش کر رہے تھے. اب اگر انھوں نے بوگنگ شروع کی ہے تو سوچ سمجھ کر کی ہو گی. البتہ اس کی ڈولپمنٹ میں ٹائم لگے گا.

Both are equally important as one of them G Sector is on Kashmir Highway and "F" sectors in Islamabad are know as of choice of elite class. But subject to development in both only.

Out of remaining 65%, there will be for effectees and Govt employees. But the case about Govt employees is in Court about seniority so it will allowed after court case.
