I reviewed that specific move at 2:18 and in fact we have two situations here: 1) If the game is not an "official game" (to be rated or even for qualification) then they made that just to piss her (because it was really not necessary in this context). 2) If it's an "official game", then it was correctly corrected, because for all instances "a touched piece is a moved piece", so, in this case you'd better think twice before touch any piece, because if you do you'll need to move it. I'm not sure. I think that club has different rules for different speeds of play as determined by the time limit at the beginning of the game. I don't have any personal experience with that. @@jx14aby

Grazie per la spiegazione, non riuscivo a capire il problema; in pratica la ragazza aveva toccato l'alfiere e poi invece ha mosso il cavallo (io nemmeno me ne ero accorto, ma a mr. Yunker nulla sfugge...) , ma avrebbe dovuto obbligatoriamente muovere l'alfiere (avendolo toccato in precedenza). Quello che non capisco è che penalità è prevista in questi casi.

I don't understand why her move wasn't legal at 2min 18 sec. I see no reason why her knight couldn't take the bishop. Hope somebody explains this. I thought clock move supersedes touch move. No?

And I’m not sure what’s meant by “clock move supersedes” I’ve seen that mentioned before… How would that work - if a Touch Violation is witnessed a player must physically restrain the opponent’s arm before contact with the clock is made? It’s a serious question. I’m not sure I’m understanding the phrase correctly.

There are two identical tween Yunkers, Tweedledum and Tweedledee. You can only recognize them by their behaviours. Tweedledum is very restless anr more expressive than his brother.

2:18 I think this is very petty of G. Yunker. In other games, I have seen a player straighten out all the opponent's pieces. Otherwise it was a strong game.

People need to call him out for knocking down his pieces or the opponents pieces, slaps the timer and then straightens the pieces up. He pulls alot of nonsense, I don't care that he is a child. He NEEDS TO LEARN THE R U L E S and play by them. I'm not impressed that he called this move on the girl and I've seen him do the exact same thing multiple times a game. IF a adult was playing him, you people would scream to the heavens if the adult called him out.......that was a punk move by the kid
