ただの研磨屋なのでコマツNTCさんを存じ上げません…誰かからのお誘いがあれば伺えるのですが…🥺
円筒研削盤ではスライド面にもキサゲするんですね。 旋盤などではスライド面は焼入れ研磨で済まし、上で摺動するテーブルやサドルの底面にキサゲするだけですよね。 やはり一桁上の精度を要求されるからでしょうか。勉強になりました。

コメントありがとうございます😊 ジェイテクトさんはスライド面もきさげをするみたいですが、研削盤メーカーさんによってきさげする範囲が違うみたいです！
