あると便利なドクダミチンキを作って
化粧水と、虫除けを作りました。
元々アトピー持ちなのですが、最近はなぜか
足が痒く眠れない日が多く😂時々はステロイドに頼っています。
なるべくこういった天然のもので予防できたら嬉しいですね。
