I'm not into G.I.Joe, but the second I saw these, I knew I had to have them. They're perfect ninja army builders! Tons of sweet accessories, alternate heads, solid colours, and can fit into pretty much any display. Plus, a female army builder! The villains are finally equal opportunity hiring! Limited articulation in the female ninja is disappointing, but it seems workable. I'm gonna grab at least three sets of these, because I have a lot of figures that could use some ninjas to punch!

For those who have skillz with a dremel tool, you could probably tweak the upper arm of the female to allow greater articulation.

I don’t collect GI Joe but needed some Robo talking toys in my life. Also, the whispering “ Cobra” during the butt kicking articulation test was hilarious 😂

When they get to Jinx, it might be interesting to see them revisit this pack idea with blue repaints of Jinx and Storm Shadow.

I got these and my blood froze with the closed packaging then I opened them and only became happier and happier. I love these things almost as much as my Fwoosh ninjas. The only thing I love more than my marvel zombies is my ninja army that consists of red hand ninjas from stilt man baf, gi joe red ninjas, these blue ones, my akiko, elektra(s) and the aforementioned fwoosh ninjas. I love everything bout this two pack for many reasons but the sheer amount of sharable weapons give this the ability to make this collector smile wide. Great review as well. Thanks.

Good point about the female Cobra trooper, we already got the female ninja and the female HISS tank driver. I could go for a female army builder 3pack, a trooper, a viper and a crimson guard!

I very much appreciate the Seven Mary Three sound-cue in the video, it's like how my brain works, random songs pop into my head with opportune keywords or phrases.

For the sake of video length I cut out a part congratulating Hasbro on fixing their Joe site so that the file cards are easier to decipher because it was originally white on white, skipping an easy Counting Crows reference. I think I need to keep them to one a review, haha.

I like this set and I'm very tempted to get a second one so I can display it both ways. This is proper way for reuse I feel. And the Legends crew needs to take notes on packaging inside because this is nice . And Robo Wu- Tang is forever.

I was really hoping for a new Fwoosh review today, got lucky on a hunt and found most the Multiverse Blackest Night wave on discount and a Dark Trooper, which I almost missed because it was at the end of a shelf and literally didn't catch my eye because it was so dark. 7:07 agreed, maybe it's because I have the Red Ninja and don't have Akiko, but that female ninja is slick looking. In general I think Classified have done a great job with the female characters, Baroness being the only standout as fairly limited in articulation but still looks great. Also given the G.I. Joe's history with repaints and how much they packed in here, I'd say this is an example of how to properly handle reuse more so than some other lines.

As for saving money.....it looks like Hasbro spent more on the accessory box, bag, and cardboard holder than they would have on a simple thin sheet of plastic.

I got three sets and they are all wearing the masked heads. They look incredible together.

Best intros money can't buy.

Great review as always one thing of note that I just realized watching this vid was the second set of weapons, the sword with sheath, the bow, quiver, grappling hook and single kama are all reuse from the arctic mission Storm Shadow.

I returned the Akiko figure because those high heel boots suuuuuuuuuuuuck. Nice to see they swapped them out because otherwise it was a good mold. Just got these in hand and I totally understand now why people say multi-pack figures feel "gummy". My Snake Eyes that came with Timber, my Viper 3 pack and now my Blue Ninjas all feel the same. They just feel cheaper. They're good, don't get me wrong, but hold Grunt in hand and then hold one of these and you can feel it's a cheaper material. Not sure why they do that. Either way these look great, but that single elbow is bullshit.

The ninja's are cool, but I still wish they were Night Creepers from the old line. Maybe if they do PURPLE ninjas.

Got mine and really the only nitpick is the paint for the masks. On both of mine they were horribly sloppy. I know it would have cost Hasbro a bit extra (oh the humanity!!) but I think they should have made the eyes a separate piece from the mask. Other than that, solid set.....And this is coming from a person who has never bought Joes, but after seeing all the reviews on croc master (have a caiman of my own) I had to get a few more. This is the only figures I own from Hasbro and I'm really enjoying collecting these. Now I know how the Joe kids in the 80s, 90s felt. At that time, it was Turtles, dinosaurs and Godzilla all the way for me, lol.

I got pretty lucky and the mask paint is near perfect on the set I got. My white on the male ninja is a little sloppy but no where near as bad as the one reviewed here.

Just got 2 packs in today. Of course I want more!

So I take the Kama Blade, some folks call it a Sling Blade, I call it a Kama Blade, and I hit Chuckles upside the head with it. Killed him. Mm-hm.

Got a set on monday. Going to use them purely with the oni and fox masks and probably have them be a disguised StormShadow and Akiko.

These guys are gonna be background hand ninjas for me

I love these figures. after seeing that oni mask I just had to have them. since I have a handful of articulated icon ninjas from when they were being sold for dirt cheap, I plan on doing some cool ninja battle pics for my instagram, especially once I get the upcoming "casket of cruelty" figure gore FX and weapons pack.

I too would like to see an array of colors. I dont see Hasbro doing it. if only there were another company with green, blue, purple, red, black, and gray army builder ninjas.

Honestly, seeing your lightning rounds and play day's made me think of a Marvel Legends Curt Connors because we've gotten a Lizard but no Connors so I wanna make it by using a random grey suited figure and the Peter B. Parker head sculpt and also using super sculpey to make the lab coat and as well as using some kind of blond-ish paint to make his hair and use a type of razor to cut the left or right bicep then use the clay to sculpt the rolled up cloth. But what should I use for the paint and what type of razor should I use?

Somebody seemed to have a lot of fun reviewing the articulation 😂

And use Akiko for AoA Storm? Walmart did drop the price for movie figures, for about two weeks, then raised them for the new Classified, which sold out immediately. 🙄

I wonder why different Hasbro teams can't share tech with each other. Imagine if every figure could be double jointed, pinless, and/or with torso articulation, etc. as the figured needed. I definitely like the repaint on the female ninja over Akiko, I would've preferred the white accents on Akikko to be placed somewhere other the than shoulders. (or not at all, but that's the movie design) The sickles are called kamas, just remember by singing the start of the chorus to Karma Chameleon.

Her head is a bit...oversized and cartoonish to me. But...still ordered them. Because...well....ninjas.

Windowless box??? (Grabs keyboard) Bummer. Total bummer. But if you are going to have to do windowless, they did a pretty decent job. I would prefer toy photography of the prototype product as the pic on the front, or vintage style art (with the blast effect) but it is what it is).

I thought you’d have to be at least a level 5 ninja to be featured as an action figure. Why are we paying pro prices for novice ninjas?

Always shake my head with Hasbro and how everyone says same exact thing when a figure, even a character not known for their flexibility made by Hasbro that can do the splits 100%. As soon as someone checks the split articulation on video and even people like me at home not on video everyone says “Better then Spider-Man” just makes no sense why Hasbro still can’t get Spider-Man legs articulation as good as many their other figures they make like the blue ninja here. It’s like a bad meme in the making.
