I always wanted a version like this , you can say that I was far ahead of the way I wanted my toys to look like. No matter how good they looked back in the 80's , after overlooking it, I always thought they could do better. I used to talk to my buddies , about versions like this. They'd tell me you're dreaming. Now look! 42 years later. It's here!

I totally understand what you mean, I also feel like figures nowadays are the way I wished them to be as a kid. ARAH Joes were solid though, as they had the best articulation.

I had initially backed it before I had to cancel it because of a issue of my car window at the time. I am thinking about if it comes to the online stores on getting it, or the 3rd party sellers, or maybe even making a 3D print version of it myself and making it remote control.

The tank is awesome, and the figures are really cool, now that I’ve handled them a bit, the Tactician is my favorite of the three… Haven’t opened the Cobra Commander one, as it looks really nice carded… Most probably will wait for a regular release with a normal Cobra Logo.

I buy two of all figures. One to open one to keep in the box. Not sure how I will display this one in box. 🤔. May have to open both and just display 2nd set of figures in the boxes.

Got noticed it shipped the day before yesterday‘s night, and once you get noticed, Hasbro Pulse‘s orders take one day and a half to arrive here in Germany. At least it‘s been so, so far, since HP opened here. Hope yours arrives soon! You‘ll love this think, I‘d say.

Be careful with the seat restraints. Another person posted about it. They broke it at the anchor point, trying to fit the HISS driver. A miss on Hasbros part for sure. Good vid though. I like how the Cobra logo light projects. It would be the way you'd want it to look to an advancing force...Did you successfully fit the HISS driver in seat restraints?

Thanks for the warning. Normally, when I feel there’s a limit, I stop, so, haven’t broken anything yet 😂… But thanks. Did my video on the thank crew and no, didn’t manage to close that Buckle… It’s just too fiddle for my hands and even if six inch scale, it’s a small space you have to operate. The straps just don’t reach to each other… Design flaw? Quite probably.

It looks great! It’s a shame that they won’t do this tank again. They confirmed that any haslab product will not be made again. Whether they will release this again in different colors is yet to be seen but this will be sought after for in the aftermarket.

My 3 arrived today. It's sick! Got the HISS driver in seat restraints just fine, not like the one vid I saw where he was allegedly hard to get fitted in. I dig it alot!

@@galacticmanlarry582 Just make sure he's seated well in, not seated high at all. If you have to pull a bit, pull from top restraint, not lower, as lower seems to be just epoxied in. Then just snap in the connector. Should line up easily.

So the chest restraints dont work when the HISS Driver is in his seat? Is anyone else having this issue? Im actually reconsidering opening my HISS, so was curious if this was an issue everyone is having?

They do, you just have to fiddle wit it a bit, and make sure the figure fits perfectly ergonomically on the seat, that the feet stretch well below the board/panel (had to turn my figure‘s feet flat to the sides for that purpose). I have a related video, the third Hiss tank related one, where I describe this briefly, if you want to watch. And… IMO: Open the damn thing! It’s really cool!

Looks like the cobra logo is upside down for the light. Is there a way to turn it?

Haven’t checked. Maybe by disassembling the whole thing, but I won’t do that. If you watch my review of the figures, at the very beginning you’ll see that the logo protects right, as if announcing the arrival of the cobra army. Fear tactics, maybe?

Well, when I turn it on, the way the protection is positioned properly “announces” the arrival of the cobra army… Watch my video of the figures tomorrow and you’ll see how it proyects in the dark.

It's weird that they give you the sticker sheet, but it already has all the symbols painted on. Are you expected to remove the '788' with sandpaper if you want to apply a different number?

It certainly looks like it would. But then again, with the engine and most of the weapons in the rear half, the weight distribution might not be as unbalanced as it appears.

It's a cool toy but it cost over $500 CAD. No regret passing on this.

@galacticmanlarry582 I don't blame you for liking it. Just that if collected only 1,I'd be very unhappy with this version compared to something like another youtuber named ' toy Gigante ' version. His is the best. But you're not going to be out money, because hascrap made a golden decision by including the troopers and cobra commander 😀👍

no moving tread, no electrics, panels, or extras... just Rip It. $100 retail like Vamp. Easy for Hasbro to just retool the main shell and throw on static treads with dumbells and a retro cannon. The could sell a hundred thousand in first run pre-orders. No real fan or collector would be against that. HasLab Hiss would still have all the extras. I got 3 and have 3 dragonfly on order and I wouldn't be bothered if a stripped-down Dragonfly came out in say 2025 in TF, then green. I'd get both. I'd get the 4 or 5 versions of Hiss Tank if they came out, I even want the blue Flight Pod and hope the grey 2 tone city camo 97 flight pod gets made. More toys the better.

Wow! You got toys! I “only” got me this copy… Space is starting to become an issue and it ain’t easy for me to purge my collection… 😂. Time to purge tons of boxes though. And totally agree with you there. A “stripped down” version of this would surely sell like pancakes.
