I'm part of a small loose collector's group on KZread called the AXIS OF AWESOME! We all have some serious collection of Adventure Team. I like the vibe, look, and the MUSIC on your channel. I also grew up in the 70's. They have relaunched the Super Joe line in both the original size, and in 12 inch!!!!!! We do a livestream on Paul Knapps "Live from the Mancave" every Monday night covering a lot of toys from the 1970s. Hot Wheels, Plastic Army Men, And GI JOE Adventure Team.

These were my GI Joes; loved them as a kid, less as the Super Joes (been a long while, but I think maybe the and the prior Joes' clothes didn't quite fit each other?). Some of the names, Ace, Stalker, and Joe Coltan must've come along later (Retcons? Reboots?), since I don't recall the Joes having any personal names (other than one being called "Joe" in ads, so I'm guessing he's now Joe Coltan?), and Mike Powers. Did those smaller Joes, RAH, ever bring these ones back?

Never heard of him but we did have Action Man here in the UK which was apparently a licenced copy of G.I. Joe. Dolls were never my thing though.

It wasn't technically a copy, though it was licensed. Palitoy took it to a new level, at least Action Man's Tank Commander got the Scorpion.

and here I am today, living pretty much like my model I ran into a criminal gang at work, was just a stocker... over 30 years service... threatened me, told me I was servant on MY lands, the mafia! me, the guy ready to die for my country and dearest values... a Canadian citizen - soldier for world peace and justice.... I fought back, 2 times they try to 'off' me, a garbage truck... driver door smash attempt, then, poison on my car door handle cyanide, a white powder, found out months later on a mafia documentary, the assassins...hit men. harrassement, persecution, cars waiting for me running the engine high then screech tires double speech talk ; this product is dead! it ll never come back.... while staring you in the eyes [you re dead] ; you don t have for long... I had enough! I started to openly say to everyone at work that there s mafia here! as they stared at me horrified... [they knew] it was nt long before 'the gang' reacted, tried to pin me in an office to fight, all prepared to trap me in, and make up their story [lies] and blame me, live or dead... I escaped, and told the police, but it was planned already, the police was confused and acted as if I was the threat... their story was different [of course] it was 2020, I had no compensation for loosing my job and supporting the law by alerting the police I could nt get any other job... as they put the social services against me too any job I d get, they d interfere to sabotage me by reputation and more directly my logo this is when I decided to know if I had the right stuff, gi Joe stuff and bust these bastards! I bought the giant logo decal and put it on my Toyota fj cruiser then had patches made for many of my coats, for my mission and fought on, ok, I m living a siege, I have to stay home most of the time, have no gf or nearby friend and such is your life as Joe agent, isolation, thinking how you ll beat the gangsters and live! the mission is going well after 4 years, I ve pretty much reversed my reputation to my advantage I took a bad situation into an advantage, a Joe philosophy I alerted many factions that hate my opponents as well, and they have their own agenda - motives I d say the mission is going well, and just need a last good push. gi Joe, a heroic chivalry symbol it inspired me, to fight evil people even in great disadvantage, I m alone in this crime infested city no friends, no family, no dog, alone, a lone agent. gi Joe is more than a toy, it s a symbolic model, trust me on this, it s not classified... so now you know... good show bro
