I kinda think she has to, as the people within the Blue Box are too apathetic and lazy do anything, even if doing something will make them money. They'd rather lose money than to do their jobs. I honestly believe Soyeon has her own separate unit within CUBE that does things on their own with very minimal input from the company. CUBE is fine with that, as that means they can continue to do nothing, and Soyeon is fine with it because that means she has more artistic freedom. It's good for I-DLE and solo projects the members, but you have to worry about the other groups within the company that doesn't have a Soyeon-figure that can take charge and get things done on their own.

What's good about stanning (G)I-DLE is that every member has something unique to offer. You can freely choose your bias bc u know they are all that good.

진짜 쏘는 슈화를 챙기는게 더 보임. 매번 킬링 파트는 '쉽게' 써서 슈화한테 줌. (슈화가 한글 발음이 어렵기에 더 쉽고 따라 부르기 쉽게 써서 주는 배려가 보임) 그리고 슈화가 뭘해도 '잘했다, 멋지다, 최고다, 슈화 파트가 킬링 파트디'라고 이야기 해줌. 이번 활동 하면서 더욱 느끼는 건데 쏘가 슈화를 더욱 챙기고 많이 칭찬함. 이번 활동에 왜 리더가 중요한지 알고 같음. 그냥 고인물로서 기들 더욱 흥해서 우기 삭발하고 기들이 웃으면서 다름 앨범 준비하면 좋겠어 🤟🤟🤟💜💜💜
