Knowing how much Shuhua wants to be an actress, I really hope these little parts like in this video and her brief expressions of flippant disgust in "i am a queencard, you wanna be a queencard" would get the attention of some acting agencies ;p

I think each of them represents a personality. Minnie is curious, Miyeon is calm, Soyeon is stubborn, Yuqi is naive, and Shuhua is sad easily. 😂

@@17th_devil Apparently the boy met GIDLE who crashed on earth. GIDLE appears to be able to transform her appearance, some comments say she transform based on the situation. The ppl in yellow or brown look like ppl assigned to handle biochemical threats, so we assume GIDLE will be captured by scientists at best. To free the boy, GIDLE probably sacrificed herself and the ball (looks like an intelligent futuristic computer) to annihilate the scientists and free the boy to his normal life.

@@17th_devil GIDLE were the aliens, the people in suits were probably government or scientists that are trying to capture the alien for study/research (pretty standard alien trope). The ball idk for sure but my guess is it is supposed to be some sort of alien technology (communication device? power source?). But I think at the end Shuhua used it to escape back to their world to avoid being captured.

I played this for my 5th grade students in Shanghai. It's was for a music class which is part of our English lesson curriculum. They love Queencard, so I have been playing them some other (G)-I-dle music videos. But "I Do" completely stunned them. They sat in awe the whole time watching this video. Then afterward were eager to give their opinions. They also were very interested in Yuqi since she's from Beijing. It was a very rewarding experience. Thanks for the great music and video!

Going to be completely honest here, but this music video made me feel so many emotions. I teared up during the end because it was so sad. But it also made me happy and smile throughout the whole thing because the whole MV is so beautiful. The song, the lyrics, the members and how they look, the concept, the ending... Everything about this music video was AMAZING! I think it may be my favorite one of theirs that I've seen yet. I'd consider this an absolute masterpiece! Not even joking. Each member looked so beautiful and played their parts SO well too. Shuhua's visuals are CRAZY gorgeous! Loved her eye makeup and the color. Yuqi was super cute and adorable. English tracks generally don't do so well in South Korea - the Feels by Twice didn't sell many. So I guess they're keeping their powder dry for the American launch. I think they will do well in North America. I DO is very radio friendly.

The blue circle is like a phone on their own home. So when she accidentally landed on Earth, she was phoning her home but she now refuses to come along with the soldiers to go home and hides as she met the guy and fell in love with him. The "barcode" is actually the IDLE logo. I choose to believe that, like E.T., when she managed to "phone home", and that the IDLE logo she was standing on was her teleport signal location; that she didn't sacrifice herself, just went back to where she belongs, now with bittersweet memories of Earth.

Every time I come to listen to this song it never fails to make me cry, it has such an emotional impact on me. Especially when she leaves him, knowing it’s for his own good.

It’s obvious that (G)I-DLE is gaining more attention now that they’re joining the Jingle Ball tour and with their English EP. It sadly comes with more jealousy too. All these BLINKS are the proof of that.

I love how cinematic this mv is. It actually feels weird seeing the girls in this kind of mood setting compared to their recent mvs with lots of unique transitions

This song shows different kind of personas. Minnie is over-curious, Miyeon is sweet and calm, So-yeon is playful and stubborn, Yuqi is food active, innocent and naive, while Shu hua is fragile, sentive but thoughtful.

I was dancing to this when I was at a Korean BBQ place. Had to find what this song was. Love it!

Despite there are many new songs and title tracks released by Gidle, this is one song that I keep coming back to listen to. One of the most comfortable songs I like to listen to from time to time.

I've never heard the songs of this band until now. I've watched all the MV and I really enjoyed it. There's such a strong feminine energy in their music, it's amazing. The girls are incredibly talented and beautiful, I'll look forward to their new releases!!

Happy you like them I DO is the pre release for the album Heat which will be out in the beginning of September Also I recommend their albums like : I FEEL, I LOVE, I NEVER DIE, I BURN, etc. all their songs are really good and composed/written by them
