    गेहूं के आटे में चना का बेसन मिलाकर रोटी खाएं मात्रा दो रोटी। एक घंटा टहले सब ठीक रहेगा तेल दूध मीट मछली अंडे से दूरी बनाए पैदल खुब चले।

    Sir, my 9yr daughter is type 1 diabetic. We are still eating wheat but now we are changing to other flours like Ragi and makki. But now we will finally shift to millet. Also mixed millet is not recommended as we learnt from a huge experience

    You are absolutely right.No grain except rice suits me.wheat jowar bajra gives me gut problem like gas loose stools plus make my sugar readings high.since I have almost stopped consuming iam much better

    Environment without pollution, clean air, clean water, pesticide free food processed free food (products that come prepared in boxes and cans), no fast or street food, keeps people in villages very healthy.     This mixture is very costly not for common man, Almond (Badaam) for making Roti? Pumkin seeds cost is Rs.30 for 50 gram in the market. even Millet also not affordable for common man.
