Assume Partially cracked wil be 30 percentage for columns, We had taken 0.3 by my mistake, so please avoid this mistake. Want to Thank Mr. Akhil for pointing this.

It should if AutoCAD is your default cad viewer
Instead of 30% in column u took 0.30%
