Found a local distributor and manufacture of some thermal optics. So I thought I would get in contact with them and see if they would lend me a Monocular to test out.
They were happy to loan me the 384M-15 Thermal Monocular and I managed to get it out for a run on some bunnies and foxes. For a budget price of $1499, it turned out to be quite a capable little thermal. I would recommend this for anyone looking to get into thermal spotters, but don't want to break the bank.
It has some great features, my favourite being the Laser pointer/designator that can be very helpful when trying to point out animals to your shooting buddy.
