Ni börja bli ena riktiga 08or de ska va så fint och ha dyra saker och kan inte tänka sig bo utanför 08 där alla hus är dyra + att ni skäms för att åka i en normal bil ! Lite tråkigt faktiskt.

Tycker det är så fint att ni är så öppna. Tror många känner igen sig i er situation och tack vare er kanske också vågar ta steget att skapa det liv som man vill ha. Även om det innebär att göra avkall på vissa saker kortsiktigt för att långsiktigt skapa sig livet man vill leva. Tack! 🙏

Ni har inte funderat på att hyra ut bottenvåningen ett tag till räntorna sjunker? Då borde ni kunna få in 12-15 i månaden

Kanske inte alla tänker på, men ska man t.ex. ta ut pantbrev på 10 miljoner, kostar det ca 200 000 kronor.

Ni får komma till Norrköping 😁 om ni ska bo i bostads område så är Lindö, kneippen och Smedby dom lite lyxa områdena, eller om ni vill bo lantligt så är det krokek eller kolmården som vi bor i, finns fina gårdar på Vikbolandet, det är mitt emot Kolmården :) 👍

This whole thing just doesn't make any sense. They should just be honest and tell it how it is. Clearly they can't afford this place and that is the reason to sell. But I assume it is the money they borrowed from family members to be able to finish this place before they moved in is a loan and not a gift (which is normal) and I assume they can't find a way to pay off those family loans without selling this place. In reality their monthly payments for the new house (the mortgage) will basically not change that much but they won't have the debt to family members anymore. I can totally understand, but why not be a bit more open and just explain why. If you only hear the info they give in the video you don't understand it anyway.

@@jannekemoazizi7575 This video was very enlightening. The conversation about the cost of the purses and how she was dressed and which car they drove was so shallow. There is nothing wrong with having personal taste or a desired personal aesthetic but being embarassed by the car, the choice of the hat, the whole coversation was frankly very off putting. And I have never understood how they talk about divorce so casually, like there are just certain checkpoints that have to be met and then divorce?! It's all very emotionally immature. When I started watching the channel, I enjoyed the swedish lifestyle/family content, but I cannot relate to these superficial values.

@@nancyneyedly4587 I know what you mean. I enjoyed the vibes in the beginning but the recurrent “we are soo broke” stuff threw me off. They have no idea what broke actually looks like… even with the added cost of the house

Det går inte att ha lån på typ 10 mille eller vad det nu kan vara idag med den räntan som är.. Blir ju typ 50.000kr/mån bara i huskostnader.
